Hotel E Rueda

I recently traveled to Cuba. Previously, everything had been fine at the Hotel Rueda; the staff was kindly, but this last time I was mistreated by security, and he was prevented from visiting the hotel due to poor service. Generally, it is a cool place to work and spend time with friends. But this last time, nothing was like before. I hope their improve soon. I'd like to visit again as a guest, as I always stay in private rentals.

We have traveled to Cuba many times and our experience at Hotel E Rueda surpassed our expectations. The staff, including the manager, were excellent and always attentive to our needs. During our stay, there was a city wide water outage due to a main breaking. This was beyond the control of the staff, but they provided ample bottled water to be sure we were comfortable. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant each day and found the food quality and service consistently good. This was also tru on the one evening we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Again, all was very good.

El Hotel precioso sus servicios excelentes, su personal muy atento y calificado, la variedad de sus ofertas son las mejores me sentí muy a gusto en mi estancia y volveré a repetir mi visita. Garantizo una estancia de especial aunque venga solo su personal se encarga de hacerle su tiempo sentirse en familia.

Beautiful colonial hotel with English speaking staff. Everything is well arranged and service is quick! Rooms are big and spacious One of our beds had bloodstains and all of our rooms had cold/mildly luke warm water. So no warm showers. Breakfast was good and fast! Centrally located as well!

Estuvimos del 19 al 21 de Diciembre de este año 2023. Una vez más como Clientes Repitentes. No tengo palabras para expresar lo bien que nos sentimos cuando estamos en la instalación. Nos dieron la Habitación 211 muy cómoda, confortable y espaciosa; que habíamos tenido en Septiembre de este mismo año. Todo el personal muy amables y atentos de toda la instalación. No tenemos ni una sola queja del Hotel porque la verdad que desde que llegas hasta que te vas te sientes como en casa; porque hasta las comidas son exquisitas y nos gustan muchísimo. Si me preguntan si volviéramos a repetir; diríamos que Si, una y otra vez más. Nos gusta mucho la instalación. Un hotel de ciudad para repetir.

Excelente lugar, buen servicio, buena comida, genial la calidad de la bebida, muy buena wifi, en fin repito la estancia nuevamente. Me encanta ese hotel, se pasa bien. Muy buena atención de los trabajadores. Tienen un aire acondicionado súper bueno las habitaciones
