A localização é boa, mas não excelente, em se tratando de Cayo Guillermo. A praia do Hotel é razoável, precisa avançar muito pra passar de 1m de profundidade. Os quartos precisam de manutenção, mas a cama e o ar condicionado foram excelentes. O Hotel é All Inclusive, a comida no geral é boa em se tratando de Cuba, mas achei estranho que no almoço e janta só ofereciam Cerveja ou Água pra beber. Sucos somente no café da manhã. Os drinks não são bons, mas a cerveja é boa. O entretenimento a noite é fraco. Mas, considerando que a diária é de baixo valor, está excelente. Não deixe de ir a Playa Pilar em dia sem vento. Vá Tb a praia pública de Cayo Coco que é muito bacana e pode conversar com o povo Cubano.

Lustiges Ressort mit freundlicher Besatzung. Auch wenn einiges wackelt und ausgeleiert ist - die Stimmung unter den Gästen und den Angestellten war ausgezeichnet.

Hola buenas soy de Ciego de Avila,me gusta el hotel y estoy muy satisfecho tanto yo como mi familia, bueno el servicio tanto como del restaurante y como de las habitaciones,hay algunos problemas pero no son de importancia,buena animación y saludos para leo en especial,la playa,la piscina están espectaculares,lo mejor es que la cerveza no falta es un buen lugar para pasarla bien

Warm welcome and beautiful grounds. Staff is friendly and treats you like family. Everyone is smiling and the drinks and food are overflowing. The room has everything with amazing air container. The Social Media rep is EXCEPTIONAL making sure everything for our vacation is setup and anything we want to do he takes the initiative to go the extra mile and ensure we do not worry. You can tell he has great pride in the property when he speaks about the amenities. He seems to know everyone. First of many trips. Thank you

Servicio excelente todo el mundo es agradable siempre con una sonrisa haciendo la estancia más agradable me encantó la piscina vista playa hermosa el bufett con buena variedad de comida el equipo de animación excelente me encantaría regresar espero volver pronto

The hotel is good, but the staff makes the experience worth while. Met Eric and he made sure we had the best experience. The shows in the evening were amazing! And he hosted amazing disco nights making sure everyone got a taste of cuban dancing! Overall great staff!! Chefs + bartenders everyone checking up on you and making sure you are having a good time

El hotel tiene buen servicio la comida variada el personal siempre con muy buena atención , la piscina impecable y la playa buena vista con un puente en dónde puedes relajarte la animación exelente la cual hizo la estancia mejor también tenían variedad de espectáculos cada noche y luego discoteca me encantaría volver

Muy buen hotel. Servicio excelente acorde a su precio. Colectivo de trabajadores muy esmerado en la atención. Repetiré mi. Visita sin duda alguna. Ya es segunda vez que visito este hotel y muy complacido como siempre de todas sus atenciones
