Overall I was amazed by gaia services. Because they had fast response due to my request. Actually I requested to serve birthday cake for my wife. Hotel facilities beyond expectation, you must try at least once in your life

What a gem of a hotel! Beautiful with top-notch facilities that make you forget the city is even a bit far. The comfortable rooms and nice restaurants make it easy to spend the entire day at the hotel. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway.

Akses Kursi Roda baik, Kamar bagus dan bersih, pemandangan bagus, makanan sarapan enak dan banyak pilihan dan fresh. Bakal balik ke sini lagi.

Love the view and design of the hotel, but the noise insulation is bad. Can hear people walking on the corridor. Everything was perfect only the sound proof is one major setback.

Hotel view is awesome , many activities for kids . The room so comfortable. The only problem is the access to go to the hotel . Always stuck with traffic .

Nice clean hotel with comfy beds. Breakfast spread is wide but less tasty actually. Strangely, the pastries are yummy instead. Nice pool, koi fish pond, green house and kids playroom. The best part is the mini bar is free and you can replenish them upon consumption
