Sandals Regency la Toc All Inclusive Resort and Spa - Couples Only

Ig and Travis were amazing. Always attentive to our large group. Went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend them if anyone is staying there.

We had the best time here for a week in August celebrating our anniversary. The staff, the food the drinks all were fantastic. We loved the 3 pools and 10 restaurants to choose from. Will definitely be staying at a Sandals again!

My husband and I came to La Toc for our honeymoon and were absolutely blown away by the customer service and staff. Our butlers, Eva, Garvin and Dev were phenomenal and we did not lift a finger! The longest we ever waited for them for anything was 15minutes max! I also have a lot of allergies and the staff was so attentive and went out of their way to make sure I had 3 full meals including a desert that I could have. Our chef, Marley, at Kimonos even went out of his way to get olive oil from another restaurant to ensure his meal was safe for me to eat! We truly have never been more relaxed and taken care of. We even were offered a room upgrade due to a very small inconvenience of a dripping faucet and were literally in luxury for the majority of our stay. Truly we cannot say enough good things and are already looking into the next Sandals resort we want to try!

At the recommendation from our Travel agent and two trusted couples who have stayed at Sandals resorts in the past, we selected Sandals Saint Lucia La Toc for a vacation. My husband and I had never been to a Sandals property and were hoping for a superior vacation experience, as were the two couples who recommended it and joined us on the trip. We have been to several Secrets and Excellence resorts before and were not new to an all-inclusive vacation and were excited to book club-level rooms. After arriving at St. Lucia Airport, we went to the Sandals Lounge and waited, without seating, for about an hour until transportation was provided to the resort. The van we rode in had a wobbly cardboard wall separating the storage area for the luggage and the main cabin where passengers are seated. My husband and one other member of our group sat in the back seats and constantly had their arms up anticipating a break as luggage was filled to the top of the cardboard wall and constantly bumping against it during the 70-minute drive to the resort. When we arrived at La Toc, there was no greeting, and the entry rep told us not to go in the building and to just wait outside under the entryway. Additionally, there were two uniformed staff members present who were chatting with each other, but did not say anything to our group. Eventually we were told to come in and were escorted to the club lounge where we were given a quick overview and taken to our rooms. We asked if we could get a map of the property and we were told there wasn’t one, although later we found one on the app, but it did not show the new restaurant, Buccan which had been operating for 2 months. Also, we asked for a second key, which we were given but were told most guests just use one. The room was clean, but old and slightly worn. The first three days our room keys did not work due to a door lock malfunction requiring security being called to allow us to enter our room. The security attendant was very polite and updated the code the first day, when it happened again, he changed the battery , and on the third day, they completely replaced the door locking mechanism and we had no further issues. Needless to say, this problem created a disruption in the day as my husband waited about 30 minutes during each occasion to be assured our keys were working. Housekeeping was excellent until the day our regular housekeeper was off, and we did not get service. My husband went down to the Club office at 5:30p prior to dinner to request cleaning and was told someone would be up. Upon arriving back at 8:30p, we still did not have service and asked again and finally got service late, but only a bed refresh and new towels, dishes were not removed or mini fridge restocked. On Saturday 5/17, I was standing by a pool patio umbrella next to a rock wall facing the beach when a gust of wind blew the umbrella over and the pole hit my arm and pushed me off balance into the rock wall. Sandals La Toc is absolutely amazing! The food, the people, the whole experience was fantastic! Travis aka the Bow tie man is absolutely phenomenal, ask for him and he’ll take care of you hand and foot! Would recommend this place to everyone!

Kimonos with Chef Jean Claude was amazing! He was funny and engaging! The food was delicious!! Thank you Sandals and staff
