We like the location. i think this is what of my childrens favorite holiday place.I believe this is one of the top hotel around this area. Very family friendly. There are several good restaurants surrounding

we wanted to visit the hot spring and Lucy downstairs at the swimming pool entrance was helping us a lot to get the ticket for the hot spring

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is very central, facing the lake just across the road. Rooms are huge, very clean and comfortable. Special thanks to our Housekeeper Manager Mei Feng 梅峰 who was very helpful and attentive during our entire stay.

Nice stay with our family. Play area was entertaining for our child. Very family friendly hotel. Nice views of the lake. Only downside is right next to a busy road so wasn’t very quiet with the windows open.

Really nice hotel, for foreigners, the staff does not know any word in english but super helpful, some facilities look old (hot springs)

5/5 Stars amazing. We recently enjoyed a long weekend at Minho International Resort, staying in the Deluxe Family Loft. Our group included myself, my wife, my mother-in-law, and our twin children. From the outset, we were impressed by the hotel's exceptional service and facilities. Accommodation and Cleanliness: The hotel room was immaculate, with everything in perfect working order. The housekeeping staff were attentive and ensured our stay was comfortable. Public areas throughout the resort were also well-maintained and spotless. Family-Friendly Amenities: The children's play area offered a variety of activities, providing ample space for our kids to play and explore. We also took advantage of the bike rentals, which allowed us to explore the surrounding area, thanks to the staff's helpful recommendations. The swimming pool and sauna were clean and well-maintained, adding to our relaxation. Evening Entertainment: A standout feature was the water and light show, which provided a mesmerizing end to our evenings. Concierge Service: Our concierge, 管家小汪, was exceptionally helpful, adding us on WeChat to assist with any issues or translation needs we encountered. Dining and Bar Experience: While our overall experience was outstanding, there were a couple of areas for improvement. The breakfast offerings were often cold and oily, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the bar did not use fresh ingredients for cocktails and featured unusual recipes, such as a mojito without mint. The bar area itself was quite cold and offered limited snack options. Despite these minor issues, our stay at Minho International Resort was exceptional. It's undoubtedly one of the best hotels we've experienced, and we highly recommend it. We look forward to returning to explore more of the surrounding area.

Its been a long time we haven't stayed in a hotel with a such great staff! Everyone were so friendly and proactive in helping and making sure we had what we needed. kenneth took care of us upon arrival and immediately added my WeChat. The hotel facilities are amazing with a great indoor swimming pool and indoor playground for kids. The outdoor area is also great which will for sure comeback during the summer time to enjoy it. Location is also super nice with the lake just across the road and very easy to find places to eat around.

We’ll book this place again during off season. Fantastic service from all staff especially Kenneth and Winston!

Not only would we stay here again, we are actively planning to do so in the summer! It was a great stay for us and our 5 and 3 year old girls. The only negatives we have are the limited food options for vegans and the indoor swimming pool is too deep for young children, during the winter, the outdoor pool (for children) is closed, so we would only return again when it's open.

Minho international resort was worth the price and they have a very beautiful lake view

Overall i should say best hotel around the place, location is good, everyone friendly, riverview is fantastic. Our housekeeper Mr. Tian(Riley) is helpful also. Will come back for sure.

We arrived in the afternoon and were quickly checked in. We were delighted to receive a free upgrade and some gifts for the children. The rooms were spacious, well kept and bright. We had a great view of the lake despite the rainy weather. The children's play room was very impressive. There was hours of fun for the younger one, who visited every day of our stay. The staff were particularly kind and helpful. Kate and Huan were very helpful. They were super friendly and looked after our child well. Breakfast and dinner was extensive. There was Chinese and Western options so everyone was pleased. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to all staff for such a lovely stay.
