It’s a premier inn. Beds are always comfy, but everything else is always sparse. Bathroom fan wouldn’t be quiet. Rooms a little on the warm side. Wasn’t allowed to have breakfast (it was Christmas Day and didn’t pre book) as I wasn’t told I needed to make a reservation.

I do a lot of work at Bournemouth Airport and I’ve stayed at various places , but since discovering prem inn Christchurch East , I now ask the company I work for to book my stay here. Every Prem inn is the same except this one , cause this one has Caz , she is a credit to The premier inns as she always greets with a smile , any problems she’s on it. So friendly, and efficient. Wish they had a Caz in every Premier inn.

Hey, would love to recommend this hotel, my every Wim has and was accommodated. Very clean and well presented. All staff went above and beyond putting the customers experience at the heart of what they do. A special mention to Marika the manager, Mel, Elaine, Caz and Joe. A real credit to the name premier inn. Will whole heartedly stay again and again. With thanks and kind regards. David T

Brilliant stay very comfy beds and bedding great pillows. Great location for visiting other places. Shops literally across the road from hotel, there is birger king/Aldi/Matalan and other shops. Two minutes drive to a big saisbury superstore. Beefeater attached for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Stayed here for three nights. We enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good quality room. A little tired in places but bearing in mind how much we paid it was superb value for money. We had the breakfast which was pretty good. We will definitely visit again.

Discussing room was dirty ,1 towel between 2 of us , Asked for room to be cleaned , didn't get anywhere . We came away as my birthday treat and what a disappointment should have stayed 3 nights stayed 2 ,staff not friendly apart from dining room would not recommend this hotel

Had the best stay on the weekend with my family, staff were very helpful and friendly and I will definitely be returning in the summer with my family, we love premier inn. The beds are so comfy and this one in particular was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Positives: Lovely staff, tasty breakfast. Good parking. Comfortable bed. Amazing shower head and shower. Negatives: Electric heater only in room (controlled with thermostat) - I expected central heating. Stains on shower curtain. Very slow Wi-Fi - almost forced to upgrade to a paid Wi-Fi to have usable internet. From a Premier Inn, it did have a good baseline of cleanliness (except for some (admittedly minor) stains on the shower curtain).
