언카운트 돌핀 투어를 마치고 차가워진 몸을 녹이기에 충분했어요. 특히 체크인시 여자 사장님이 친절하게 맞이해줘서 너무 감동이었습니다.

We were very happy with our stay at 311 Motel Riccarton. The staff were very friendly and were able to hold our bags as we arrived before checkin time. A bus stop right outside the Motel. Thank you

Don't expected too much. Very basic motel and the internet not reliable. Reason to choose this motel because it is close to university. Will make a better choice next time.

The quality of the room is excellent with all amenities great location

Very friendly reception staff - I was leaving very early the next morning and that was no bother. Close to and easy access to Christchurch airport. Supermarket and restaurants just down the road made for a nice walk after a day's driving. Room was very comfortable - good sound proofing, did not hear the main road at all. Nice modern bathroom. I didn't use the kitchenette, or the heat pump (but appreciated that there was a heat pump if needed). Great value for money.

Was met by a lovely lady when we arrived. Even gave us an upgrade. Very accommodating and was very happy with accommodation.

SCAM ALERT - NOT RECOMMENDED Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I booked and fully paid for a room, only to arrive and be told my booking was not in their system. Despite showing my confirmation, the staff insisted they had no available rooms and offered no solution, leaving me stranded and scrambling for last-minute accommodation. To make matters worse, when I later reported this case to booking platform, they claimed they had reached out to the motel to request a refund, but the motel refused. This completely contradicts what the staff told me on the night—that the booking or payment never reached them. So, either the motel misled me at check-in, or they are now refusing to take responsibility. Would not recommend. Avoid this place at all costs.

Easy to shop

Person who greeting us was lovely she had upgraded our room at no extra cost as we had 1 child with us and gave us a 1 bedroom appartment instead of a studio room. She showed us to your room and told us off the ammenties of the room. Very lovely and friendly would stay here again.

Great location to the University and easy transportation into the city. Very friendly staff and nice rooms.

Appreciated the room upgrade. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen. I had a bit of trouble working out the tv but that's more of a me problem.! Well located if you are using the intercity bus. Thanks.

There was no tv channels other than Freeview. I booked that motel as the pro-mo said that there was Sky with 50 plus channels. (See the yellow part of the signage in the image above)
