Alpha Motel with Spa-Bath arvostelua

Very tidy motel, good value for money especially last minute. Little out of the way but at least that means no traffic noise.

Rude staff at check-in, poor Wi-Fi, and old facilities. Apart from that, the stay was okay.

Four of us travelled together but booked two rooms. Our bed was comfy but the other unit had a much smaller uncomfortable bed and the floor was uneven and flooded when they used the shower.. unit number 1. Did not smell nice either

The beds were so comfortable, it was really quiet considering it’s in a fairly busy road. Had everything we needed, and was close to where we needed to go.. would definitely stay again

Bed was nice & soft. Had mist of what we needed. No milk & couldn't see any shops nearby.

Very comfortable and very clean spacious unit. There were 3 of us in a 3 person unit but only towels, cutlery, dishes etc for 2 people. No milk and very few tea bags, coffee etc. Comfortable bed. Shower over the spa bath that was a bit ‘tricky’ entering and exiting. We were there for 3 nights. Staff helpful.

I cannot rate the Alpha highly enough on here! Joy was the loveliest and kindest lady who welcomed us when we arrived, arranged a change in rooms and also helped with our bags! Joy went above and beyond to make our stay extra special! Will absolutely always stay here on trips to CHCH from now on!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Alpha Motel, the spa bath was good nice to relax after a big day. Staff were very friendly and happy to help if we needed anything.

Not up to scratch! I've stayed here a few times and had been okay so far, but the bathroom this time wasn't great. The two heat lamps didn't go and when you looked at the state of the unit it was pretty bad. Also I turned on a wall switch which must've been for the spa bath, which suddenly started going, but you couldn't turn it off at the bath as the switch there looked broken. The heat pump looked like a panel had been broken and was noisy as well. A bit tired overall, especially for a motel that uses the word luxury, when it is far from it.

All was good except for the spa. Was newly installed and electrics were not connected yet.

Comfortable in Middleton A convenient and comfortable place to stay, just down the road from our Chch warehouse. Spacious enough and close to Bush Inn shops

friendly owner with good services, This is my second time stay and will book again for sure.

It was ok but room a bit tired. Electric blanket didn't seem to work and Netflix would have been good!
