Great location, easy to access to every direction. Hotel great but breakfast not as good can't complain. The room have great view. We ask for non smoking but we can smell smoke lucky its not as bad. Everything else's is great.

Great property at an excellent location. The check in procedure and the staff were super helpful.

Convenient location. Nice design with sometimes mediocre execution. The hotel has good elevators. We did not have to wait long. The room was large and nice. The location is top! Would stay here again.

Good service and beds are very comfortable. Very near to hong ya tong 11 floor and 1 floor. Surrounding have a lot shopping and food. 👍👍👍👍👍

Rooms are beautiful but we had issues with cockroaches in one room during two days and they didn't wanted to fix the room or change our rooms. Don't go there if you are afraid of insect. Anyway, it was convenient to get around the city for a 3 day stay.

Really nice hotel and great location directly opposite the Raffles a city Hotel. The hotel reception is on Floor 21F (out the elevator and turn left - there are many) Duan YuJia the hotel operator was really helpful and was able to offer a room upgrade

The local was good great, next to a metro subway, and opposite to the raffle. This hotel is not in the raffle if anyone mistakenly think they are! The whole building was seprated by different hotel providers for each levels, which feels like less secure becasue everyone was able to access our levels and no access card needed. Please take this into your consideration. The main thing is that the cleaning department doesn't seem clean it properly. This is probably the least cleaned hotel i have stayed, as the cleaner forgot to taken rubbish out and there are still hairs you can see on the floor and staircase each day after they clean. The shower door handle has old and rusty look and it's not super clean cause i can have black ink mark on my finger when touch. The advantage of the place is that you can see the river clearly and the mixing point where two river meet each other. A loft for the price is was still okay for what we have paid for. Just will not come back again.

The view and location is exceptional. Room is spacious, tidy but not very clean (when compared to real hotel ). In fact it's not a real hotel, it's just a commercial building converted to some kind of hotel. So you shouldn't expect any hotel like service. But all in all, value for money.

Super large room with floor to ceiling windows, river view and landmark view (from picture). Perfect location right in the main central area. Reception staff is also friendly and available! Will stay again next time

The hotel is very well located right outside the subway station. It's difficult to find though as it is in a building with many other hotels. The staff was friendly but not very efficient. There's a lot of noise outside during the night. Room could be cleaner.
