房間衞生，整體性價比不錯

매우 깨끗하고, 직원분들 정말 친절합니다. 특히 야간 시간대의 Meredith와 Camelia 두 분은 뭔가 요청이 생길 때마다 적극적으로 도와주셔서 감동적이었습니다. 셔틀 픽업샌딩 서비스도 요긴했고, 아침 조식도 좋았습니다. 영어로 의사소통이 가능한 호텔인 것도 매우 큰 장점인 것 같습니다. 잘 쉬다갑니다! 🥰

I booked one night at the end of my trip to Chongqing with a flight out next day. I chose it because of easy access to airport and restaurant. Unfortunately when I arrived in the early evening, I was told the restaurant was only for breakfast. The courtesy car next morning only left every hour. I caught an early one, and was astonished that the route by road to the near airport was not short but convoluted first back towards the city. It would have been better just to take the nearly metro myself at my own time. So my reasons for booking were let down. The room was excellent: large with a nice bathroom. But surely most people would stay just one night here - I can think of no reason to stay longer in this backwater. So the room extravagance is really unnecessary. On the negative side, there were extra bottles of water and nibbles in the room, but these were for sale ie not free. The breakfast was ok. I will just add that the timid lady on reception behind her mask should display more confidence to 外國人, rather than just whispering to herself. Actually I do speak Mandarin, so she should not have been terrified when I approached. :-)
