A Refreshing Upgrade ISEYA Panoramic Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Flagship) I originally booked a different hotel on Trip.com, but after checking in, it just didn’t meet my expectations. So I walked over to ISEYA Panoramic Hotel, which I had also seen on Trip.com and it turned out to be the perfect decision. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, they took the time to show me different room types until I found exactly what I was looking for. That kind of flexibility and kindness really made a difference after a rough start to the day. The location is excellent, just steps from Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and in same building of a mall (Yingli International Financial Center) with lots of dining options, including a halal Turkish restaurant on the 6th floor, which was a great surprise. The room itself felt welcoming with the layout, Nespresso machine, projector with sound system, and a stunning view of the Chongqing skyline. The curtain system was thoughtful: a combination of sheer shades and blackout curtains gave me both privacy and beautiful daylight throughout the day. Tip: If you’re staying on the 59th floor, you’ll need to switch elevators on the 58th floor. not an issue, just something to note.

Xiaomei's service is very good, the hotel provides 24-hour butler service, the hotel provides afternoon tea and storm spa, the room is very beautiful, and the butler service is professional.

I had such an amazing stay at this hotel! It’s super modern and beautifully designed — everything from the lobby to the room felt stylish and fresh. And the view… absolutely breathtaking! My room was spacious, spotless, and packed with thoughtful details. It had everything — a projector, a Dyson hair dryer, a Japanese-style toilet, and so many other little touches that made it feel really special. The location is perfect too, right in a vibrant neighborhood full of restaurants, shops, and life all around. The team was honestly wonderful — so kind, professional, and always ready to help. I liked how it was convenient : thanks to the team at the reception, Coke & Luobo. it was so easy to contact them on WeChat anytime. You can tell they really care about every detail, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. I also got to try the immersion spa during my stay, which they helped me book at the reception. I was lucky to have the whole place to myself — it was such a fun and relaxing experience! Check-in and check-out were super quick, everything was spotless, and the whole stay was just perfect. I recommend this hotel — modern, comfortable, and truly caring staff. I’d definitely stay here again!

Xiaomei service is very good, the housekeeper can help us solve problems, wash clothes, take delivery, the hotel has storm and afternoon tea, the service is very good, and the room is very beautiful.

The hotel was spotless and very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The bathtub with the view was absolutely amazing. Absolut class hotel, such a joy to have your own pool in your room high up in the sky. You get your own caretaker you can communicate with over Wechat snd the Stormy Spa is also a great experience. A bit excessive but great.

Incredible hotel in the centre of Chongqing. Our room was stunning, spotless and really luxurious (we had a Dawn Tower Riverview) ; the bath in the room is insane, more like a swimming pool, with amazing views over the city and river. We visited the storm spa which was an amazing and unusual experience. The staff were all really great, big thanks to our butler, Wish, who was so kind and always on hand to answer all our questions, she helped us navigate the city and order food to our room. Also the reception staff including Baby, who made the check-in/check-out super efficient. Would definitely book this place again if we return to Chongqing.

Amazing Hotel, located near the Liberation monument of Chongqing and walking distance to shopping, metro, food district also many tourist attractions. Our stay here in ISEYA Chongqing been incredible. The service was excellent, especially from butlers Moon, Wish, lulu. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit! Thanks for the hospitality!

Nice room. Big and comfortable bed. Good facilities. Beautiful view. The staff is very kind and attentive. They helped me make some reservations and get refunds for some that were cancelled. They even arranged the reception for the next celebration. They simply did everything they could to make you feel very comfortable.

Woow! This was my favorite hotel of the whole trip. It’s so beautiful and unique 100% worth it. The service was amazing. They were soo nice and always willing to help us The view was another level

I loved the warm lighting and pleasant scent around the hotel. It made the room feel very cozy. Simply sitting in my room felt so relaxing with the oversized bath. Moon our butler was also unbelievably helpful throughout our short stay. The storm spa is also a must! it’s very unique and suprisingly relaxing, only complaint is it could be warmer as we began getting cold at the end of our session. Would stay here again!

What an unreal place to stay. The staff went above and beyond to assist us despite our complete lack of mandarin. Loubo and Coke assisted us with Storm Spa bookings, arranged ammenities and overall just made Iseya Panoramic a thrilling place to stay. Wish we allotted more time for this spot - don’t even get me started on the view and the hot tub in the room. 10/10 - MUST STAY IN CHONGQING.

The location is superb. The butler service is outstanding and they are really helpful and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay and the storm spa experience is a plus.
