Maravilloso lugar El servicio es de una calidad única y una amabilidad ejemplar de todos sus miembros El lugar es sin duda hermoso lleno de cultura mexicana y del nacimiento de Cristo Realmente es el mejor lugar para quedarse en todo Puebla Mil veces súper recomendable

bonita casona, muy centrica y bien ubicada en cholula excelente estado de conservacion, amendidades de primera excelente aislamiento acustico, decoracion y muebles de primera tambien piscina y roof garden amenos personal muy amable servicio de cafetera nespresso en habitacion, ademas servicio de restaurante con alimentos preparados al momento de muy buena calidad servicio de bar

This is the only place we want to stay when we visit. The hospitality is top-notch. The daily breakfast is delicious and eaten in a lovely setting; all of the foods ordered through room service were excellent. The massage therapists are incredible. Highly recommend the hot stone massage. There’s a lovely little pool on the roof. The rooms are spotless and the beds very comfortable. Daniel, who works at the front desk, is a particular favorite — kind, knowledgeable, professional and always eager to help. If there is anything we want or need, he is happy to arrange. All of the staff here are wonderful and truly make sure we have everything we need. We look forward to our next stay. Thank you, Hotel Belem 🤗

Hermosa casa. Cuartos muy comodos y con espacio. Ambiente tranquilo un patio hermoso. El personal super amable. La recomiendo 100%. A unos pasos de la pirámide. Nos ayudaron a organizar excursion a los volcanes casi espontáneamente. Todo resultó maravilloso. Volveremos a Cholula. Nos faltó tiempo para explorar Muchas gracias por las atenciones. Adriana L

De verdad que fue una experiencia increíble, todo, el personal súper amable, todos era como estar en casa, ayudando, con una sonrisa. Las habitaciones, Uff preciosas y limpias. La comida increíble!!!, la ubicación. De verdad que fue una increíble experiencia

An amazing, top of the line, family owned business in Puebla. The rooms are unbelievable, so is the breakfast and the overall team at the Estrella. Can't say enough good things about this place and I think you can't go wrong spending time here!

Excelente lugar que sin temor puedo recomendar a cualquiera que pregunte o le interese visitar Cholula, desde la atención del personal, que hacen desde un inicio que el lugar sea agradable, van sumando puntos con la atención, limpieza, y cuidado del lugar y habitaciones. Sin duda, los desayunos son deliciosos. El lugar está muy bien ubicado, para poder disfrutar de la pirámide, el centro o simplemente salir y conocer Cholula. Sin ninguna excusa volvería con todo gusto.

Very central hotel and convenient for the pyramid, etc. Rooms set around a courtyard. Each room has a mezzanine floor with the bathroom - it's a slightly strange arrangement although necessary to fit everything in. Our steps didn't have handrails so were rather hazardous at night - worth checking depending on your capabilities. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and lovely staff. Pool smaller than the pictures suggest. No evening meals but plenty of restaurants nearby. Off-street parking 50m from the hotel.

Great Hotel, excellent personel atention and beautifull views on the roof. The restaurant area is nice (patio), and the breakfast are delicious. All the personel very kind and always ready to servicie. And the building is beautiful was an Hacienda.
