"An ideal location if you're traveling by train, as it's easily accessible on foot from the station. It's a recently renovated hotel. Decent rooms, for a 3-star hotel, have a sink and shower connected to the room, and a separate toilet and bidet area with a door and extractor fan. The best rooms are those overlooking Via Roma, which is also quiet. The reception closes at 11:00 PM (except for a telephone number to call in case of emergency), and can be accessed from outside using the same card used to open the room. There are practically no toiletries (just one shower cap), but there are two dispensers, one at the sink and one in the shower for soap. The shower has a large showerhead and a hand shower. The bathroom linens are decent. No pillow selection, but the bed is still comfortable (not a duvet/comforter, but a traditional blanket). Good air conditioning. Electronic room key. Adequate closet space, safe, and minibar (water only). Decent breakfast: soft-boiled eggs, omelette, ham and cheese, baked goods, juice machine, hot drinks machine, fresh and canned fruit, yogurt. All major cards accepted: AMEX, VISA, Mastercard."

"Mold, disgusting dirty blankets without covers, cracks in the plaster, dirty bathroom, bad smell, collapsing bed. No possibility to park — they claimed they were full — so we had to search for a spot on the street, where parking was difficult and we were afraid of theft. The room hadn’t been painted in a long time, and the floor was badly damaged. We asked for a different room, but they said they didn’t have another one for four people, so they refunded us."
