"We were actually looking for a hotel for an overnight stay on our way to Italy. We would also recommend this nice, cozy hotel for a stay of several days! We found it by chance and found it right away in the small town of Klausen. It has its own underground parking garage (free!) and really professional, courteous staff! The rooms are spacious and smell lovely of fresh wood! Everything is superbly clean and nicely decorated! The breakfast is truly fantastic! The buffet leaves nothing to be desired, and the owner personally looks after his guests! Highly recommended if you're looking for a nice, affordable hotel in the area!"

"The property is nice and clean, although quite uncomfortable. To get to the rooms, there are a lot of boxes, which are definitely inconvenient with suitcases and some parts outside, so it's really cold at times. Many rooms don't have a bidet, and yet we're in Italy 🙄 In the bathroom, there are no towels for the shower, only small ones. The classic duvets are short and narrow, and since I'm slightly taller than average (171 cm), I had a hard time sleeping. Either my feet or my entire shoulders were exposed. Extremely uncomfortable. There's no phone to contact reception, and as I said, leaving the room to get there is a journey 😬 There's not always someone at reception; you have to go look in the restaurant or somewhere else. Breakfast is average, nothing special. In short, I was really hoping for something better."

"Odotimme 8-night Italiassa, viettämämme 3 yötä tässä hotellissa, ja se oli kaukana paras kokemus. Kaunis pieni hotelli, jossa on kauniita maaseutuja ja todellinen lämmin, ystävällinen ja huolellinen henkilöstö. Mikään ei ollut liian vaikeaa, ja he todella lisäsivät tervetulleen tunne hotelli. Huoneet ovat melko perustavanlaatuisia, mutta ne ovat nykyaikaisia, siivottavasti puhtaita ja hyvin järjestetty, runsaasti tilaa ja kaikki mitä tarvitset mukavaa oleskelua. Erityisesti nautimme uima-alueen jälkeen päivä kävely se oli täydellinen paikka rentoutua ja rentoutua. Sijainti on ihanteellinen tutkia joitakin hämmästyttävä kävelyradat vuorilla. Kaupunki itse oli vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ja oli todellinen odottamaton piilotettuja geeli. Saksan perintö, se on uskomattoman kaunis, joissa on joitakin kauniita ravintoloita ja paras jään kääpiö olen koskaan ollut! Meillä oli todella hauskaa täällä ja suosittelisimme varmasti tätä kaunis pieni hotelli. Se on niin paljon menee ja on fantastinen perusta tutkia alueen."

"I highly recommend this hotel; it was the biggest surprise of our trip. Chusa isn't a very popular town in the Dolomites, but the hotel is close to the train station, about a 10-15 minute walk. There are also bus stops near the train station with direct routes to places like the Ortisse ski resort and the Funes Valley. The hotel is located in what seems to be a very famous restaurant in Chusa; the rooms are upstairs, making dining very convenient. The food is good, the rooms are spacious and have kitchens, and our family of three had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!"
