新開的酒店乾淨衞生，服務也特別好，房間設施都是新的，而且酒店位置就在大公園旁邊，離凱旋門步行15分鐘路程

Номера новые , чистые. Везде холодный белый свет ((( Хочу отметить сотрудников на ресепшен, очень внимательные , дружелюбные. Рекомендую остановиться в данном отеле , все в пешей доступности.

還不錯總體

Our stay at Richmond hotel was enjoyable overall! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Although the receptionist didn’t smile during check-in, we understand it was late at night. The rest of the staff was welcoming, and the amenities made for a pleasant stay.

Great location in the city centre, very close to Cathedral Park. The bus stop for the airport bus (number 30, payable with Visa/MasterCard) is just a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff is helpful and efficient, and my room is clean and quiet. Towels, toothbrush, bathrobe, small kettle, etc are provided in the room. WiFi is fast and stable in my room. The breakfast has a good variety of hot and cold items, including eggs, sausages, bacon, pancake, ham, cheese, vegetables, fruits, bread, etc. In summary I had a pleasant stay.

Parking is hard but honestly in whole Chişinău . Hotel is great but I’m using this hotel every time and challenging is breakfast at 7:30 it’s too late !! When you are coming for business and need to travel further it’s too late. I like hotel and fully recommended beside these two things.

This hotel seems newly renovated to a high modern standard. My room had a TV, minibar and safe. It was quiet despite being in a central location. Breakfast was good with different hot options each day. I thought the price was very reasonable. I would happily stay here again.

Very large and comfortable room

Booked the Richmond Hotel for 2 nights in March 2025. The location of the hotel is perfect and is in a walkable distance to all the main sights of Chisinau. The rooms were very modern and clean. It is a relatively new hotel, and you can tell as all the furniture is pristine and the overall finish of the rooms are to a high standard. Breakfast was included in our booking and had a wide variety of hot and continental options. All staff were friendly and helpful. Room included complimentary water, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo and nice bath robes - perfect for those travelling light without a suitcase. My only complaint was that I found the pillows to be too soft and that the bed was not the firmness I would pick - but this has not affected my overall rating as this is a personal preference. Just bear this in mind if you are like me and like firm pillows and mattresses. I would recommend booking this hotel if you are looking to visit Chisinau.
