"If you can't find another option and have no choice but to stay overnight in Chipiona, fine. If not, you'd better look elsewhere, because this one leaves a lot to be desired. The location is unfortunate, right on the road in a somewhat abandoned area. When I arrived, I found it closed and with a phone number I had to call about 10 times to get it answered. The rooms, although clean, are quite basic. The bathroom lacks basic amenities, such as a floor towel or a bar of soap or shower gel. I think it's the bare minimum for the price you have to pay (€40 in September). The only positive aspects are that there's parking and air conditioning. There's no security at the entrance to the hotel, as they leave both access doors unlocked, and anyone can sneak in."

"Lovely hotel, this was our second visit. As it was out of season, October, it was very quiet, which we quite liked. Good weather and the beaches deserted. The hotel is very clean, our room, No. 5 was comfortable with a lovely terrace, table and chairs and 2 sunloungers. We had an internal view but as we only stayed for 4 nights this didn’t matter and we got the sun on the terrace. The pool area was deserted but you could still use the sunloungers and swim if you wanted to. The pool bar however was closed which was understandable as it was so quiet. All other bars and restaurants were open."

"Even though it is three stars, it is much better than some of the four we have been. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre. "They carelessly damaged and stained an important, expensive wedding dress literally the day before the event and later dishonestly denied it all. We were very accommodating and only asked for the cost of the dress to be cleaned/repaired, ignoring the fact they tore the veil which consequently couldn’t be worn. The owner was unapologetic, callous and expressed no empathy towards the situation. He made no effort to make things right, refusing responsibility for what happened. The room itself was fine, although was noisy at night, early morning when receptionists arrive and has a lot of light bleeding into the room. Internet isn’t great for video calls and would frequently disconnect."
