We stayed here for about four nights and even extended as it was so great! Loads to do in the surrounding area and the staff were great and really helpful.

First good work nice staff All staff are very nice communication Ignatius and rejin also.Nice response and bellboy sujit and midun also. We had a fabulous experience staying at sterling resort munnar, the property is built with a swimming pool, gym with indoor & outdoor games. The property supports adventure plays with additional costs as well. Also, if you love going for trekking it's an ideal spot as you can discover a mountain behind the property. Buffet breakfast is well organised with traditional and authentic food varieties as well. It's worth every single penny paid.

Kids play area and the recreational area were very good. Hotel staff was very helpful. I got ill as soon as I reached Munnar, the hotel staff lady (Krishna) helped me in getting medicines even at night time.

The property is in a very good and calm place. Enjoyed the ambience. Food was good. Kids will love this place. The hotel team arranged a cab for local sightseeing. Overall, a good place for family and kids. Only the approach road towards the property needs improvement.

The stay at sterling, munnar was very average. Someone pooped in the pool while we were there already there in the water. Very immediately we got out of water. But the management took no steps to clean the water until we checked out.

Location, food all good. Neatly maintained, year end gala dinner was great. Staff well trained and curtious

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. I had booked a suite, hoping for a better option, but it turned out to be the opposite. Upon arrival, I was given the wrong room, which was frustrating. After addressing the issue, I was finally assigned a suite on the second floor. However, there was no lift available, which was particularly inconvenient since I was traveling with my small child. Additionally, the suites are located quite far from the main building. This meant that every time we needed a meal or any amenities, we had to make a long walk, which was not ideal with a little one in tow. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel if you're traveling with children or looking for convenience.

Pros - overall surroundings and infra was good, location was good, staffs were good Cons - food was tasteless and repeatitive, room could have been better,

This is not a 4-star hotel, not even 3-star. The room is very average. Curtains in our room were dirty. Toilet flush and refrigerator were not working properly. We had to keep the tap on for 5 minutes to get the hot water. Food was not tasty. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Good place to stay. Good climate. Awesome food and good activities. Overall good service and worth for money

Stay was average. Compared to other sterling hotels this is below average. Location is far away from the town. You can’t enjoy scenic beauty in the hotel. We don’t like the food both dinner and breakfast service was fine
