Hotel Seifuen

We Stay with comfortable and really good and traditional Japanese Onsen hotel. Good taste of Breakfast and Dinner.

Perfect hotel a bit outside Nagano What this hotel lacks in location is fully compensated and more by the excellent hospitality, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, delicious food (we had half board) and very nice onsen facilities. I have stayed in many hotels in Japan and all over and Seifuen hotel staff really is exceptional. We stayed three nights while visiting near-by ski resorts during the day and coming back just in time for dinner. The location is a bit away from everything but the shuttle bus service to Tokuga Station and back makes the location ok just 20min from Nagano and Ueda. The dinners were amazing delicacies set beautifully and ready at the time of our reservation time. Onsen facilities are very nice and the water quality excellent. Outside onsen had a beautiful architecture which we appreciated. I truly recommend this hotel if staying around Nagano

子供用の貸し出し物が充実しており、ベビーとのお泊まりしやすかったです。また個室で夕食も食べられ周りを気にせず食べれました。

とにかく施設も食事も上品。満足。中居さんも丁寧。家族で良い思い出が作れました。

大浴場にタオルが用意されているので、気軽に温泉を楽しめました！ 朝ごはんのバイキング、内容が素晴らしいです。体に優しい料理でお腹いっぱいになりました。

部屋は広くてよかったですが、使ってない部屋だったのか、ホコリが気になりました。浴衣とタオルが用意してあったタオルには木のクズがついていました。庭園にある足湯は汚かったです。あの汚さであれば、足湯は利用できないようにしたほうがいいと思います。
