At the entrance they have bar & restaurant not recommended for family. Ac is not working properly

No service with respect to luggage to and from the room during checkin and checkout. We had to literally beg the personnel there to help with the luggage. On top of that, they showed audacity to say that we are not here for this work. No room cleaning by themselves, they claimed that they clean once in 2 days. Food service took a long time just to serve coffee and tea.

Safety was good, hygiene was not great, the switch boards were broken, geyser was not working and no proper check in and. Checkout formalities

Recently visited here. We had booked a room with 4 beds which costed around 4. 4k for 2 nights. Rooms were spacious with all the basic amenities. There's a balcony with a 4 seating dining table. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. Stayed for 2 days but the elevator was not functioning, we were there in the 2nd floor hence it didn't matter much. If you are looking for an accomodation at a decent cost, go for it.

Bad accommodation for family. It is bar come hotel. There is always noise. Hotel filled with an alcohol smell. Poor maintenance. In my room there is mold on the ceiling which is unhealthy. And opposite of the hotel there is a cemetery. Never look outside if you got road side room
