Hotel Aadrika

i recently stayedat hotel Aadrika Chikmagalur and had a fantastic experience.The room was well appointed and all amenities.The on-site restaurant served delicious meals and the complementary breakfast had a wide variety of fresh option. Overall my stay was comfortable and enjoyable

We were staying this hotel 2 years ago already and the staff recognized us :) Staff is really nice, rooms are fabulous, spacious, however the wifi is not reliable at all, at some stage, I had to send a confirmation for the rest of our trip and had to go to the Zesto restaurant, and they gave me the password so I could send my email, which was very nice of them. The restaurant serves great food and the view is great. We have also used the Serene Spa, I had a head massage and my partner a back massage. The therapists were fantastic! The hotel is right into town so it was great to go out in the evening, after having a break from the afternoon activities for a nice filter coffee!

We had an awesome stay at Aadrika, The staff, service and food are top notch. Very well maintained. We were 24 people and no one had a single complain about the place, Vidya at front desk was very helpful and the chef came and made special items we requested.

We recently stayed here for two nights with a large family group. This hotel deserves 5 star for their exceptional service and cleanliness. Staff is very friendly and doing their best to make our stay comfortable. I will definitely stay at this hotel for my upcoming trips. Thanks guys

I have been a customer almost since the inception of the hotel. I have had a great experience. Last three months, I have stayed thrice for 4-5 days each. I am writing this to convey the kind and considerate way one Ms Vidya treated me almost like a daughter. I was a little unwell during my last trip in May, and she kept checking on me often and helped me. I have found her to be very dignified and efficient too. Such experiences have made me recommend the hotel to people I know. Thank you Aadrika for employing such people.

Not worth it. Horrible experience delivered by the staff. Stay and amenities although okay doesn't make up for the experience we had. We had two rooms booked, checked in around 10.30pm. At the time of check-in we were granted a late check out at 1.30 pm on a week day on request and this was agreed upon by both parties. Next day during check out, we were we asked room service to pick our luggages and we vacated the rooms and went to have lunch in the same hotel. No communication on their end that we had to handover the keys to the front desk. On finishing lunch, we were asked to pay a day's worth additional amount for not vacating the rooms (10k for a few hours). On top of that, the lack of professionalism delivered by the hotel manager (closing the gates to trap us, back handed comments like "They don't have money and they come here to stay" and saying that the customers lack common sense) shows that not amount of service can make up for such poor lack of hospitality in its own industry. Only on calling the cops did they open the gates

Aadrika is an excellent property to stay at. The hotel is very well maintained with well-appointed rooms. The furnishing is very good. Lobby is welcoming and the restaurants are great. Food is tasty and sumptuous. Staff are helpful and punctual. The property is situated at the heart of the town and getting around is comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay

Great service and beautiful views from the balcony room. Staff was very accommodating as we travelled with our 6months baby. The concierge Vidya was amazing. The food was good and the breakfast had so many options. We plan to visit again soon.
