Excellent property Very well trained staff Helpful and eager to help.Spe cial mention to chef Mr Mani ,Usha and Chatri at the front desk. Limited rooms spread over acres vast plantation with unhindered views (for most rooms.s check before booking) Only sore point was an over zealous Gardner who had to be requested to stop his work due to the noise his trimming machine was making which he gladly did.So no complaints

Peaceful resort surrounded by nature, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff took utmost care of us. The food and service at the restaurant is great. A wonderful place to recharge and enjoy nature!

The property is nestled in coffee plantation. It's like living in the woods. They have couple of ponds in the property. Views from the rooms and dining hall are amazing. Staff and services were good. I only wish the pool side villa which we took had temperature control

I booked the villa with a plunge pool for three nights to stay with my wife, and our 3 year old daughter. Positives: 1. Location: the resort is easy to locate and the road leading up to it is very good. 2. Ambience: the ambience of the property was serene. It is situated inside a coffee plantation. The place is very calm, peaceful, relaxing and we absolutely loved it. Negatives: 1. Plunge pool is not temperature controlled. It was only mentioned to us after we checked in. Since the climate is cold, the water feels ice cold and it is impossible to get into the pool. We couldn't use it at all and it was a complete waste of money. I would recommend not to book this at all. 2. Pathetic customer service: for every request, you need to call them twice or thrice and wait for more than 30 minutes. Something as simple as sending water bottles would require at least 2 calls and wait time of 30 minutes. When we gave feedback voluntarily while checking out, the hotel staff hardly cared about it. All they said was, sorry we won't repeat again 3. Not kid friendly: we requested the chef personally to help with making two plain dosa for my 3 year old daughter. He just refused to do it. He asked us to wait till the next morning to get dosa. We had requested them to help with cleaning and sterilization of the feed bottles. Every time they returned the bottles with some sort of black stains. 4. Food: the options were limited, no flexibility at all, expensive and the quantity is too much.

We were here only for a night and got upgraded from a cottage to a villa with an in-room jacuzzi. It is essentially a larger room right next to the plantations and a separate in-room coffee table. The outdoors sit-out is open to air so we couldn't use that or the access to plantations as it was raining the day we were there, plus no "views. The property itself is very well maintained, and the walk around the grounds is very pleasing. The staff is extremely hospitable. The restaurants are good and the bartender mixes some great drinks. Would recommend, but if you want views, ask for a higher-situated room.
