They charge more for what they are giving. Food average Location very good Service below par They don't interact with customers. It seems like for the sake of our booking they do the formalities. I won't go there again. Don't book it with what the homestay advisors saying.

Only thing is very tuff to connect anyone there for anything .Have to walk everytime for anything to your residence ...Hospitality is owsume .Cofee and tea quality should be improved .. Suhan is very down to earth in gowdhalli homestay . I will refer everyone to visit ..

I had booked the place through Homestay advisor(Mr Diwakar) as i had requested for a place near to a waterfall/Stream.He guided me towards this property .As percieved from the photos it seemed that the stay had a stream and waterfall nearby. However the stream was 700 metres away and the waterfall was available after a trek of 2.5 to 3 km as told(did not visit the next day). Later i realised it is the property which belongs to the Homestay advisor. Mr Diwakar was not reachable after the booking was done though i tried to contact him manytimes. The Room which was provided did not had clean toilets(was cleaned by the caretakers after being told), Warm water was not available (for which the gas cylinder was changed as it was empty) and the TV was non functional(as the recharge of the set top box has expired) .It was evident that the property is not in regular use / not maintained . We were the only family during our stay and their were frequent powercuts for which the UPS needed to be put on by the caretaker after being informed. At night 0300 to 0400 there was no power and the UPS did not come on . I had to ring up Mr Harish at 0400 am to inform. The mobile connectivity in the location is very poor with only jio connecting with one bar .Hence it is difficult to call the caretaker Mr Harish . Also Mr Harish knows and speaks only Kannada and it becomes a issue to communicate your requirements and concerns to him if you do not know kannada. we decided to cancel our stay for 2nd day and requested for a refund which was given promptly by Mr Jeevan. Mr Jeevan has been polite in his dealings and showed concern however the administrative issues spoilt our willingness to stay on. There were few good things about the property also- Mr Harish and his wife tried their best to get the rooms clean, make a bonfire , serve good and tasty food and provide us alternate rooms if required. however , it seemed that the the overall upkeep of property, the cleanliness ,and the facilities needs a regular check and maintenence to avoid spoiling the mood of the visitors coming after a long drive and expecting the basic comforts and amnities.
