Location: Located in U Hosahalli, I invite you to my eco-friendly accommodation, which offers homely comfort and an amazing view of the Western Ghats. Property Facilities: We offer you a stay full of comfort and have included some decent facilities, such as car parking, full power backup and complimentary breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Room Details: The meticulously designed rooms have a rustic charm to it. We also have a local caretaker, who will be available for your assistance. Have a home-away-from-home experience in my abode. Activities: If tranquility and serenity is what you crave, then this is the right place for you. We have a club room which has Table-Tennis, Foosball, board games, punching bag, a outdoor court to play Volleyball or Badminton and a mini rope activity setup Nearby Attractions: The best-known temple of the Hoysala Dynasty, Halebidu is also nearby and can be explored. The property is nestled within a serene coffee plantation, offering a peaceful environment. Staff is very nice
but, few things to note, 1. *access roads: the road leading to the designated parking area is not very convenient. 2. *cottage accessibility: reaching the individual cottages can be challenging, especially for children and senior citizens, as it requires going up and down from the restaurant. 3. *food quality: the food is average, with limited variety. 4. *room service: food is not served in the rooms, which can be inconvenient.

2 adults and 2 toddlers. Last minute planning. The whole town and surroundings are nice. Property is on msin road and easy to locate. However ramp from road to the property parking is steep and was challenging for my automatic sedan. Staff esp dikshit is polite, and helpful. Food menu and taste wasn't something we liked. Overall place is hilly and i wouldn't recommend this with toddlers who are yet to develop independent sense of danger. Compared to other stays i have had, i feel this is overpriced.

The bed was smelly and damp, room could be maintained better, water goes inside the room. Not so comfortable and pleasant, but the food was good, the caretaker over there is welcoming and cooperative

Planning could have been better, for example room service, getting down 70 steps for a cup of bed coffee isnt my way of waking. Also, since the climate is cold, an electric kettle, cup and some coffee and milk sachets would go a long way. Thank you.

I had an awesome stay. The staff were very friendly and supportive. Food was good. The place is very close to nature. You wake up admits of trees. There is an indoor playing room also.

Our stay was absolutely delightful. We had opted for the independent studio wooden cottage with view. The unforgettable experience was the stunning view from the room through glass frame with the gentle sound of birds chirping. Another highlight is the hospitality of the staffs. There are few steps leading to the property entrance so please plan accordingly.

I have recently (15th june, 2024) stayed in pravat plantation stay and it was a pleasant experience. Amid-st the nature, it gave us a decent view of the hills, coffee plantations and forest scenery directly from the room balcony and from the dining area. Hospitality shown by the staff especially dikshit was excellent and they are friendly and helpful. Though the food options are limited yet they are tasty and hygiene. Overall it was a great stay and looking forward to revisit once again in the future. Not recommended for family with elder people’s as they may face little struggle in climbing up the stairs to the rooms.

Location and property are excellent. Chikmagalur is 50km away, few nearby places like devaramane, manjarabad fort are excellent places to visit. Food was simple and very good. Neat and clean rooms, activity room had indoor games and has open badminton play area which is nice. Overall very good place.
