The perfect home for all occasions. This home is located on a cul de sac in a well established neighborhood in north Chico. Close to wedding venues, freeway and parks. Family friendly home to host get togethers, holidays or just some time away. It also has a working space for those who need it. Enjoy all the local eateries, breweries and beauty around Chico while staying with us! The home is a 4 bedrooms 3 & 1/2 bathroom with 2 bedrooms on each side of the house. Great house for hosting multiple families. Kid friendly home with board games, and outdoor recreational item available for use.
