Stayed here for one week. Great location in the heart of Chicago. Housekeeping staff must be top notch because the room was very clean. Amenities are very basic. Recommend bringing your own toileteries etc.

The location and cleanliness was good, however there is a lack of amenities that other hotels offer for the same price. The lack of slippers was something that I noticed.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff are polite, helpful & professional. Great location. Walking distance to millennium park, the riverwalk, tour deck of the riverboat ride, food & convenient store. Even the train station nearby brought us directly to Ohare Airport, ticket only $3. Will surely stay here in the future.
