Swissotel Chicago arvostelua

Good location in downtown, but I didn’t like how there was no complimentary water and it was an upcharge. Also didn’t like that there was no way to opt out of the additional 25 USD extra charges for various amenities.

It was a clean hotel and a good stay. The location is good and convenient for us to complete several things in Chicago. We will stay there again in future.

位置特別優越，就在芝加哥河邊，也在高檔公寓區周邊，無論是去密歇根湖邊還是去千禧公園，藝術博物館都極其方便，酒店服務態度非常周到，有機會下次還來！

It was a lovely location, I really like that it's by the river. The room was immaculate, clean and spacious. I had a really wonderful stay, would definitely recommend Swissotel to my peers.

Neben der TOP-Lage hat das Hotel einfach zu wenig zu bieten. Der erste Eindruck des Hotel (Bell Boys spucken auf den Boden vor dem Hotel, in den Blumentöpfen liegen Zigarettenstummel und Abfall) geht über den unpersönlichen, oberflächlichen Check-In weiter. Das Zimmer ist gross, aber sehr altmodisch. Trinkasser gibts nur für gute USD. Das Badezimmer ist unpraktisch (undichte Dusche, billige Armaturen). Die Sauberkeit ist "ok". Unverständlich ist die Resort-Fee, die hier als "urban experience" verkauft wird. Es handelt sich einfach um eine weiter Einnahmequelle.

My recent stay at this hotel was generally unsatisfactory. While the rooms are spacious, the facilities are outdated. The hotel does not provide complimentary water - instead, they charge $6 for a 500ml bottle. The air conditioning wasn't turned on before check-in, showing a lack of preparation. The front desk is severely understaffed with only one employee, resulting in queues every time you need assistance. The service quality needs improvement - they don't provide basic room service such as delivering toothpaste to the room. Additionally, the elevators lack security access control, raising safety concerns. Particularly disappointing was when staff entered the room with such brief notice that I didn't even have time to respond on the check-out day. Considering the room rates, this hotel offers poor value for money. Apart from the generous room size, the overall experience falls short, and I cannot recommend staying here.
