We have a noise-detecting device inside the unit, it does not record conversations it just records noise decibels. Parking is limited on Beach Avenue. The street requires a parking permit for you to park your car. I have permits inside the apartment unit all you need to do is fill out the date and the time you would like to use the permit. You must put it on the vehicle where the city sticker resides.
