No much amenities in the hotel just the room, the front desk was helpful when I left my phone in the room. Room was clean and everything you need in an apartment was present. Somehow I haven’t got the type of room I booked…

Great location! Clean room. It had a smell to it but it was all good. We’ll stay again.

Well located, clean and comfortable. Close to tourist destinations. Only problem was noise from fitness room above our unit with weights being dropped on floor above our head during the night.

Not that “terrible, but not going again. The stay was ok. We couldn’t find many options because of the marathon so I wasn’t really researching what options were available. A few things happened in the process that made the stay not so great… 1. No front desk (again, for the type of building it makes “sense” but there were multiple people arriving at the same time that had many issues and nobody to speak to). 2. No internet or phone signal. The excuse they provided is “you are high up”. We were on the 8th floor. They tried to fix it and no luck. 3. The a/c vent is right on top of your head so making it impossible to sleep with the a/c on. Bathroom was good. Had a washer dryer unit inside and kitchen was perfect for the type of stay. Talking to them through an app might be convenient for some, but without signal or internet was basically useless. Looks really nice. But wouldn’t stay there again. Surprised Marriot hasn’t stepped in after their purchase…

Our particular room was outfitted nice, but the entire thing was painted a dark brown and had min light. Very dark overall and no door on the bedroom. The AC vent was also right smack over the bed and the pull out sofa. So every time it turned out, it woke you up!

They cancelled my reservation an hour before we were set to check in, calling it merely a "systems issue." Left us in the lurch. Very unprofessional.

The stay was excellent, staff were incredibly well mannered and I never had any issues. Full 5 stars.

Good Luck trying to reach someone if needed. There's no constant front desk staff. All communication is via their app chat. Other than my unresolved maintenance issue the property is clean, quiet, nicely laid out room. Great location to shopping.

Would Stay Here Again The stay was great, every part of the building that we accessed very clean (lobby, elevators, hallways, apartment) and the attached parking garage was very convenient.

We got there at 3:40, check in is at 4. There were 3 people in the lobby with us and they all were able to get into their rooms. I asked the girl at desk was snotty and rude to us. She told us they were still cleaning our room. Which, no one was in there. We had gone up and tried with the code just prior to that. The room was cleanish, but the trash can was dirty, the back splash was coated with food, and lets talk about spiders. The following morning we noticed 4 giant spiders. I know that spiders happen but there were 3 more in the bathroom. So, we left. $600+ for spiders and not clean room and 15 hrs hurt.

Way to good to be true! Everything you need for extended stay. We had the two king bed rooms a long with two full bathrooms, showers only. Full kitchen, dishwasher as well as all in one washer dryer combo. All cleaning supplies given, all you need is to stock the kitchen if you need. Walking distance from grocery stores, dining and fine dinning if you wish. Bowling and other activities not far, cheap rates for Uber to get to the other attractions as well.
