Goed hotel met een prachtige tuin, ontbijt was erg fijn met een goede keuze. Een leuke sfeer rondom de decoratie. Het personeel was voor zover mogelijk erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echter, hun Engels was vrij beperkt.

旅館環境位置都很好，還有蚊帳，要是有室內保險箱就更好了。

The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was nicely presented, but the same simple food every day. The location is excellent, very close to temples, and the Sunday night market. We were very satisfied with our stay, and have rebooked for when we get back to Chiang Mai

Great location, quiet street close to everything. Though the room door didn’t shut properly and could use a bit of deep cleaning. Stayed 3 nights good breakfast.

Everything as described in the introduction; value for money with it's unique hospitality and facilities, value for money especially begin a day with freshly cooked breakfast. To improve urgently: door lock, which is a small padlock, easily knocked out. (Photo) Cleanliness in accumulated dusy and dirt: a dirty basket contains bottled water, awful in dirty stain at holder of bidet besides toilet bowl. Do not stay in a front room at front gate; noisy of people chatting, and motor traffic since 6:30 am (Church at opposite too). Terrible experience and bad start in mornings. Appeal to female Recetionist but was ignored.

The host is really a nice guy. Guesthouse is located in the city center, 1 minute to weekend walking street, and just 3-5 minutes to Tha Phae Gate

Staff is lovely. Breakfast delicious. Everything super clean and the location is handy. Definitely recomended!

非常有清邁特色的傳統院落，前台和花園裡有很多可愛的小人偶，房間也有文化特色的小裝飾。早餐很簡單，但擺盤令人舒適。在安靜的小街但步行方便。

บ้านเก่ามีความขลัง ไม่มีตู้เย็นในห้อง ไม่มีทีวี แต่ทำเลต้องยอมเขาเลยในราคาย่อมเยาว

i Paid for entire month. when it was time to leave, they said I owed them 2 days. The receipt had the amount but no date. I Be sure receipt has date you paid up to. My son was also cheated by them. NOT HONEST PEOPLE. BEWARE!

全般的にはいいのですが、朝食をいただくのがテラス席なのですが、蚊が10匹以上寄ってきて、落ち着いて食べている状況じゃありませんでした。チェンマイを街歩きして蚊を気にしてませんでしたが、ホテルは木が多く湿気も多いので蚊がたくさんなのだと思います。あとは、オーナーさんなのか女性の方は、もう少し愛想よく対応してもいいと思います。
