Very Good Location.

This must rank as one of the worst hotels I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. A rating of zero stars is too good for this dump of a place. No assistance whatever is provided with carrying heavy luggage upstairs despite the absence of a lift, so I was obliged to lug my wife’s bags upstairs myself as she is asthmatic. She later went out to buy some food, climbing the stairs on her return without any bags, and was so overcome by the airless corridors that she came extremely close to have a potentially fatal asthma attack. To top it all, on checking out the following morning they withheld 100 baht of my key deposit for a towel they claimed was stained. The towel was in fact so tatty that any self-respecting hotel with a swimming pool would have been embarrassed to allocate it as a pool towel, and the alleged stain was already there when we checked in. They were adamant that this stain required “special cleaning” at a cost of 100 baht. Bunch of ****** with the same modus operandi of Jet Ski operators in Phuket. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

飯店位置良好 就在巴士站附近要搭車或是租摩托車出遊都方便附近超市百貨公司都是在走路幾分鐘的時間內就可以抵達！

Our recent stay at this hotel was strictly functional. If you're looking for a place to crash for just one night near the bus station, this might work. However, don't expect any comfort or extra amenities. The room's biggest selling point is its location - literally a stone's throw from the bus station. This means you can literally roll out of bed and catch your early morning coach without any hassle. But be prepared for some challenges. No elevator means struggling with luggage if you're not on the ground floor. The bathroom was poorly lit, with a weak light that made it difficult to see wet floors - a potential slip hazard. We also noticed missing toilet paper upon arrival, which required an immediate trip to the front desk. The room itself felt neglected. Torn towels, a worn-out blanket, and extremely uncomfortable pillows suggested minimal upkeep. A persistent food odor lingered throughout our stay, and the Wi-Fi was frustratingly limited, allowing only three device connections. Bottom line: This hotel is a no-frills, bare-minimum option suitable only for a single night's stay when you're traveling through and need something close to the bus station. For anything more than a quick stopover, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

バスターミナルを使う時にいつも利用してます。バスターミナルがすぐそばです。 エレベーターは無いてすがとても綺麗で設備も良いです。ここに泊まれば問題は無いです。 近くに同系列のホテルがありますが、そちらは少し値段が高くてもっと設備が良いです。ここのホテル十分だと思います。街中までソンテウで30.40.50Bで行けます。運転手によって違います。コンビニは近くにあります。

Местоположение удобное для тех, кто уезжает/приезжает на автобусе – терминал в 2-х минутах ходьбы. До центра добираться довольно долго. Недалеко есть огромный ТЦ. Мебель более менее, расстроило белье – грязное и все в дырках. В целом отель довольно современный, если бы за ним тщательнее следили, было бы прекрасно. Мы приехали раньше времени заселения и просто хотели оставить вещи, но но нам разрешили заселиться в 12, что было очень приятно. В целом можно рекомендовать.

第二次住了，地理位置靠近清邁汽車總站，五百米內有711。一樓旁邊有和酒店一體的咖啡廳，對過也提供租摩託車的服務。房間裏環境衞生，總之非常滿意。美中不足是沒有電梯。

The room was nice and spacious however I expected to have a window but there was only a tiny one in the corner. That was a bit disappointing considering I paid more for a “better room”. Having said that, the location was great, 2 minutes walk from the bus station. 7-11 very nearby. Hotel staff were friendly. Would stay here again, but probably in their standard room.
