酒店不大，但還比較温馨，趕上週末集市，就在酒店門口，特別方便，吃喝玩樂都能就近安排，很不錯

服務人員很親切！早餐選擇多也蠻好吃，但房間隔音比較不好

We really enjoyed our stay in Buri Gallery in June. The staff was really helpful. They helped us on renting a scooter and booking a visit to elephant sanctuary. The Buri Gallery is situated very central. Only one thing could be done better is a bit of refreshing the bathroom in the villa’s room.

Small boutique hotel with attached cafe in an awesome location in the middle of old town Chiang Mai. Very kind and mindful staff. A nice little pool and additional offerings like bikes, handicraft sessions and afternoon tea. The attached Cafe is better than the average Chiang Mai place and offers fine drinks and precisely prepared food. Overall I can recommend the place for everyone who wants to explore Chiang Mai from a stylish and still authentic Thai hotel.

Lovely small hotel with on site pool, bar and cafe. Great location and Neno on reception was super helpful. A great base in Chiang Mai old town, near many restaurants and bars. Also a great spot for Songkran, not too hectic but still lots of fun to be had!

It turned out to be a great experience — highly recommended! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Coincidentally, it was also my birthday during the stay, and the restaurant surprised me with a special treat, which was very touching. They also gave me plenty of helpful tips for exploring the city. Truly a memorable stay!

What a fantastic stay in this beautiful relaxed place. The staff was exceptionally friendly and thoughtfull with good advice and surprise birthday presents. The room was beautifully detailed, clean and with all comforts. The pool was very good to with free towels. And the restaurant is the cherry on top, they have amazing food, breakfast and cocktails! Everyday you can join a different activity to meet some other guests and talk to the staff. Would absolutely recommand staying here!

Il posto è meraviglioso. La colazione ricca e abbondante. Il ristorante è molto buono con prezzi onesti. Piscina carina e tranquilla. Ottima posizione, nel centro della città. Tutto intorno pieno di servizi, supermercati, lavanderie, centro massaggi, punti prelievo e market notturni. Un dispiacere andare via.

We kregen een cocktail workshop. Super persoonlijke ervaring. We hebben elk een andere cocktail gekozen om te maken en mochten hem helemaal zelf maken. Heel erg lief personeel tegenover onze zoon van 11 jaar! Zalige ervaring! Als ik terug kom in chiang mai is het zeker naar hier. Genieten genieten genieten

The staff at the hotel is very friendly and welcoming. They do tend to your need swiftly and kindly. The hotel is in a great location to nearby attractions (I.e temples, spa, night markets) and good food. The breakfast buffet is very tasty ! They also help pack it up if you cannot make it. Be ready if you are here during Songkran because it's a big splash zone. Our room also got leaked from the heavy rain but that was out of anyone control. The staff was very quick to move us to a new room. One major unfortunate event for us was that the water in our building ran out, partially due to the water festival. We didn't have water for most of the day. The building is a bit older so try to be flexible. The staff helped me get some water back for the shower which is great ! Otherwise the rest of the stay was very pleasant. They have a driver to pick us up at the airport. We made some lantern for Songkran. The welcoming snack and tea was a nice touch!!

This place has a great location, friendly staff and fun cultural activities. The hotel is located on a street with a convenience and cosmetic store and a lot of restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful and try to explain the Thai customs to us. There are different cultural activities every afternoon that they hold such as flag making or coffee tasting. I will say the building is a bit older and more traditional Thai so we had some issues, but the staff did a great job trying to fix it for us by switching rooms when we had issues. Be warned that if you stay during songkran (Thai new year) this street is very active in the water play and there may be no escaping it. We also did have some water issues due to the festival but nothing that ruined our trip. Our group had two rooms though and the other room had no issues. The hotel provided free airport pickup and had a free breakfast buffet every morning. If you miss the free breakfast you can request a Togo breakfast that they will provide you. Overall I would recommend this place but if you are a person that is easily bothered by little issues I would not recommend this to you.

We came during Songkran festival (Thai New Year) and the staff was very hospitable and welcoming. We appreciated their hospitality from the moment their staff picked us up from airport (which was complimentary!) and brought us to the hotel, which was located right in the middle of Old City. Our room was spacious, homey, and comfortable. Their free breakfast buffet with delicious menu and rotating choices every morning! We enjoyed their daily activity offerings and were happy to learn about the flag-making craft activity and Thai culture. Thank you Buri Gallery House for an enjoyable first visit to Chiang Mai!
