โรงแรมบริการค่อนข้างดีค่ะ แต่จะดียิ่งกว่านี้ควรมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเช่นพวกแปรงฟันยาสีฟัน รองเท้าสวมใส่ในห้องค่ะ

มัดจำกุญแจ1000บาท ห้องไม่มีอะไรเลยค่ะ ที่เคยพัก เซนทารา ไม่จัดจำเลย นี้ห้อแบบบธรรมดามาก ไม่สะอาดเลย ไม่ประทับใจเลยครั้งเดียวเท่านั้น พนักงานไม่พร้อมเลย

The hotel is close to Chiang Mai University and the zoo, and it is also convenient to visit important places. Overall, I was very impressed.

Not all rooms had a refrigerator. Additionally, there was no kettle to make tea or coffee, nor was there any ice available for drinking water. Bottled water was provided in the room, and additional bottles could be picked up at the entrance. The bathroom lacked a shower screen or curtain, which caused water to spread across the bathroom floor.

The wifi was not good and no good parking in there. I had to park on the edge of the road why they posted on the website have the parking.

連續住了一個星期，冰水暢喝。

酒店對面就是清邁大學側門，酒店環境不錯。經理是漂亮的清邁小姐姐，會中文，也很熱情。唯一不足就是出門需要打車，很不方便。

房間沒有杯子，沒有拖鞋。進去時充滿濃烈滅蚊葯水氣味（也不排除是噴過香水），聞了頭昏。衹能開門窗通風。 泳池水的顏色綠得可怕，看到工作人員成包地往裡撒粉末。漂白粉味第二天都有。哪裡敢游泳。
