Good place good price I likeed to mix hot and cold water for shower. Many tv channel with many languages. Nice parking place. Good stuff. All are kind and smile. I will back for sure.

Nice guesthouse and clean as well prime location and I have stayed here before 9 year and today is same nothing much different however all is clean and good just behind night Bazar

Very beautiful and quiet spot and within walking distance from the night bazaar market. The staff are very friendly and try to help with anything you might need.

Great location. The hotel is situated in a really good location very close to night markets and lots of bars. The staff are very friendly. Theres a little cafe in the reception area which was also nice to wait for our taxi in, the also sell tea and coffee. The room was good for what we needed but there was mould in the shower and the air conditioning worked but not really well. The matresses are very firm which I liked but i know wont be for everyone. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful guesthouse we arrived at the guesthouse and were so warmly welcome Since it was early we waited and got the room much earlier than 2 o'clock Sean is very knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly and also shown us on the google Clean and bright and next to Night Market which is famous for Loved the area thanks Sean for all your help

Stayed there only for 3 hours because booked it accidentally thru ******* and they won't cancel...right next to chaing mai night bazaar so very cenral location and great price.

Close to night market, but still quiet. Needed a hair dryer to at least borrow from front desk. Beds quite firm.

Fantastic Great hotel in a convenient location. Big clean room, plenty of hot water, solid Wi-Fi, and the kindest most helpful staff. Night market noise is really not bad at all, will stay here again when back in Chiang Mai!

Camere sporche e impolverate, coperte e lenzuola sporche, sarei dovuto rimanere tre notti ma dopo la prima sono scappato via. Molto economico ma con sporcizia indecente. A due passi dal mercato notturno e dalla zona rumorosa, facilmente accessibile a chiunque nel corridoio dove ci sono le camere che si aprono facilmente dall'esterno. Reception chiusa da mezzanotte alle 7 del mattino. Non lo consiglio sia per pulizia che per sicurezza

Non capisco i criteri di pulizia di chi ha recensito questa struttura come pulita. Siamo dovuti scappare via perché la polvere presente sull’armadio e negli angoli mi aveva scatenato una forte crisi allergica. La coperta del letto aveva delle macchie di sporco simili a vomito orribili. Ci adattiamo a tutto ma alla sporcizia proprio no. I rumori notturni, gli arredi rotti non ci importano più di tanto ma un MIMIMO di pulizia nonostante il basso costo delle camere, bisognerebbe offrirlo.
