Residence au calme et au frais ( pas besoin de clim la nuit ! Les protocoles imposés aux residents permettent d'être au calme ( pas e machine à laver la nuit etc ). Très bonne literie, Seul bémol l'éclairage extérieure la nuit , les spots qui éclairent les arbres à l'entrée c'est sympa mais trop lumineux... Accueil très sympa, ménage efficace.. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Un moyen de transport est nécessaire.

I loved living at Reiz for a few months! It has a luxurious feeling, everything is new and well taken care of. The comfy bed and the smart tv were a game changer :) The neighbourhood is the best in Chiang Mai, quiet, friendly and local. Dom is a very thoughtful host and is very responsive to every need. I highly recommend it especially for long term stays.

3 of us close friends stayed here for 4 nights for a girls’-only getaway and it was an awesome holiday all-in-all because Dominic (the owner of Reiz) helped with everything we needed and made everything easy for us. I’m going to rave about Reiz’ location because I really digged it….it’s built by Dom on his granddad’s land in a more serene side of town (not right smack where traffic, congestion & busy working crowd commute) yet, it’s littered with some really awesome hipster cafes occupying luxurious expanse of spaces….landscaped to organic perfection - yes. It’s a “thing”. Just exploring the area would take one 2 whole days, at least. We had some really good coffee just a hop away (down the hill), soaked in foliage Heaven in 2-3 cafes up and down that same street just minutes’ stroll….ate well, took plenty of IG-worthy shots….basically chilled till our smiles were stuck to our faces :))) And then, just a couple of dollars away by grab, we’re right smack in the busy town centre where all the bustle happens….beautiful spas, street side shopping, quirky Nimman area for more quaint cafes & restaurants etc. We tried superb Northern Thai cuisine at Galae (recommended by Dom again) just minutes’ away from Reiz….romantic waterfront setting and delicious Thai food. We ventured into the mountain, Doi Inthanon, overnight and Dom helped us source for the driver (who was reliable & accommodating) and basically helped us customize our overnight “trip” out. The memories made are irreplaceable. I’m so glad I chanced upon Reiz and gave it a go! The accommodation itself was tastefully designed, very clean & very comfortable. We slept well every night. We’d definitely be back. 6 stars for a superb experience! Am leaving some photos of beautiful Chiang Mai below for your viewing pleasure:)
