The Warehouse Chiang Mai arvostelua

We were booked here for 21 nights and then travelled to other parts of Northern Thailand. The staff were lovely. Helpful, polite, interested and kind. Our room was large, a spacious bathroom and a balcony that had sun in the afternoon (204). Hotel is c 10 minute walk from old city and there are many bars and restaurants in immediate area. Pool is nice and shared with hostel. We found hostel residents generally polite and pleasant. If i came to Chiang Mai again, i wouldn't stay anywhere else. We felt very at home.

Nice stay in a hostel in a good location It is a hostel with good service. The rooms are big, the bed comfy, the sofa rock hard but good to store your stuff on. I lack a hose by the toilet, one of the best things in Asia. The pool is nice. While I was there it was calm and not noice, I liked that. The food in the restaurant was not the best.

Kleine Oase mitten in Chiang Mai Großes Zimmer, großer Pool, freundlicher Service, coole Atmosphäre. Bars, Restaurants, Märkte etc. sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hier komme ich gerne wieder hin

nice hostel in good location the hostel is just outside the old town so it is walkable or you can take a car/bike. The pool is nice. It was not crowded when I was there. Good service from the staff. The wifi is bad. Most of the time I had to use my cell phone.

Simple hotel in a good location You get what you pay for. This is cheap and simple but ok. Beds are rock hard. I don’t mind. The pool is lovet but deep which I like. The decking is in a bad state. It could be a wonderful hotel with some maintenance. Close to Terminal 21. I would stay here agan

We stayed 3 nights and it was great. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location is very good - easy to get to wherever you need to go. There was also free parking. Rooms were modern and clean. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The Warehouse boutique hotel is highly recommended! The rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. The pool is phenomenal. The location is perfect and it is a 5 minute walk from the U.S. Consulate. The hotel offers food from several restaurants but there are also many more in the area. The best part of our stay was the friendly, welcoming and very accommodating staff. The entire staff was wonderful from the house keepers to the pool staff. But the manager Pattie and the front desk receptionist Matmee went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary and memorable. The entire hotel was immaculate. The pool area, the rooms as well as the lobby were always very clean. We love the hotel but we will definitely stay again because of the friendly, professional and exceptional hospitality that we received from the entire staff!

All good except the sound insulation is not so well. The swimming pool is definitely super to relax & chill when you wanna hv a leisure time in Chiangmai.

Ideal place to stay for just a few days. Great location for the old city which is a short walk away. Rooms were basic and clean although a little rough around the edges. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds. This is a hostel so there are lots of young back packers but there was no loud music blaring or rowdy behaviour. It's a very chilled relaxed atmosphere.

Staff was incredibly friendly, the pool was very clean, pool area clean. Everything you need is in walking distance. During events-it’s loud! Bring ear plugs

Very bohemian feel. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Pool was GREAT. Staff were attentive and helpful. Not a luxury hotel but an excellent choice in a cool area. This is out of the old city but close enough to walk. The pictures honestly do not do it justice.

First impression was not great but the whole experience was wonderful. Room was big and quiet at night. Comfortable bed and pillow. Balcony in the sun for a few hours. It was in a separate block near the reception area, facing it - Room 204. The hostel element didn't really impact us at all except that there weren't spare loungers near the pool. Breakfast (not included - 150Baht, £3.75) was rudimentary but we found better options nearby at a similar price. The main person we saw on the reception desk seemed to do most things and was very helpful. She was mortified when we pointed out that, when we first arrived at the room, the bins had not been emptied. Sorted quickly and without fuss. The location was good for us - handy to walk to most things in the Old City.

The hotel building is a bit old but has an appealing artistic feel, and is very convenient to walk to the old town. The pool is nice. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff can use more carefulness though for the details in the room and the pool in the evening.
