일단 샤워시 온수를 전혀 사용할 수 없었습니다. 사용방법에 대해서도 문의하고 정비를 요청했지만 4일 내내 개선 사항은 전혀 없어서 너무 아쉬웠습니다. 또한 배수가 제대로 되지않아 샤워할때 아쉬움이 많았습니다. Water doesn't go down well thru waterway Furthermore, I was not even able to even a liter of warm water for shower. Tha staffs were friendly but they did not solve problem eventually.

還行，當地人很熱情

I would like to express my thanks to all the waiters and waitresses here. The service is superb and the experience is amazing. The room is a good size and well equipped. Room is clean and tidy. It is easy to reach here, very close to Chiang Mai Railway Station and Chiang Mai Bus Terminal. Also, it is not far from the surrounding 7-Eleven and McDonald's. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is convenient for guests. The breakfast buffet is also very rich, and the taste of both western cuisine and Northern Thai style food are good.

出差清邁，很偶然選擇了這個酒店，沒想到像是發現了一個寶藏，有了一次非常特別的入住體驗。整體來説，這個酒店所有的設施都非常新，房間內乾淨整潔。跟前台工作人員瞭解，這個酒店才開業幾年時間（很不幸遇到了三年特殊時期，仍默默堅持着）。據説，2019年之前長期有大量的中國遊客入住，所以酒店大堂、房間、餐廳等的服務標識都專門配有中英文對照提示。而不少遊客選擇這裏，我估計除了這裏晚上非常安靜這個重要因素外，另外可能是這裏交通非常方便，從super highway過來非常便利；我嘗試着從酒店步行到Central Festival，差不多1.2公里，也就是十幾分鍾；從酒店到清邁火車站約1公里，到清邁長途汽車站僅幾百米，怪不得這個酒店人氣很旺。還要額外説一下，這次入住的是酒店一樓的房間，沒想到打開窗簾竟然直通游泳池，打開落地窗門，可以坐在池邊椅子小憩，這算是意外的驚喜。早餐也很不錯，提供了種類豐富的自助餐，除了西式的外，我個人覺得，泰北風格的骨湯米粥跟中餐是接近的，味道都挺不錯。最後，我在酒店裡遇到的工作人員，服務都非常好，舉手投足間真正體現了泰國作為微笑國度的好客，在此要向他們表示由衷地感謝！

เป็นโรงแรมที่ราคามีความคุ้มค่าที่สุดในเชียงใหม่ ห้องพักพื้นที่กว้างมาก สะอาด บรรยากาศน่าอยู่ พร้อมบริการที่จอดรถที่เพรียบพร้อม รู้สึกดีมากๆที่ได้มาใช้เวลาพักผ่อนกับโรงแรมนี้

Good

First stay at this hotel. Friendly, clean, comfortable basic hotel. TV channels all Thai. Breakfast is typical Eastern fare. Breakfast can by noisy with Chinese tour groups. very good location to/from Super Highway.
