A small friendly hotel, nice set up and friendly staffs trying their best. However, arrangements can sometimes be a bit messy due to their mis-communication between staffs of different shifts. Suggest that they do need some trainings, otherwise you can tell that they are trying at the best to their knowledge. We booked the restaurant for dinner an evening and their detail setting up of the table was very nice and warm. Sweet thoughts and efforts. We have also used the hotel car service in moving around and Tum, our driver was amazing. Not only that he drove us around, he has also put in thoughts in the logistics when picking us up for the best route. He has made our trip so much easier, smooth and safe. He deserves a merit to our happy trip.

酒店很新，設計精美，環境、設施、餐食都非常好，最關鍵是各種服務都非常周到，細緻入微，充滿温度，前台的每一位都很熱情，英文很好，下次來清邁一定會再住

很好的體驗👍🏻服務人員親切有禮貌，但早餐的種類偏少，附近沒有便利店，房間漂亮床很大，戶外浴缸也很舒服。

Breakfast was amazing with a lot vegan options, and drinks very delicious. Room was awesome that make me don’t want to go out just want to stay in hotel.

The hotel is tranquil and relaxing, just like living in a jungle tree house. Every staff is polite, nice, friendly and responsible. This was a great stay in Chiang Mai definitely.

相當靚既酒店！可以放鬆心情，被大自然環境包圍住真係好正！岩晒想靜靜休息既人 ，缺點係泳池太細，4個人同時係泳池入面就會迫，無健身室，早晨選擇比較少，但咖啡好飲。其他都好滿意👍🏻 下次會帶埋小朋友來！

非常滿意的酒店，位置在半山，不是自己開車或者摩託的話可能不是很方便，但是環境真的非常棒，服務人員都很和善。

We love this place! It’s such a perfect place for family. The breakfast is great too :) even though the location is in the city, the atmosphere is very green and cozy. We definitely come back :)
