When we arrived we were told that nobody from the hotel management is available. We had to wait for someone to find a key and let us into the room. We would have to fix our already paid breakfast ourselves in a filthy (!) kitchen. Breakfast was to be eggs, toast and juice (open and rotting in the fridge). The room was okay but the service or the total lack of it made us move the next day to another accomodation.
I am very happy that I chose this place for the period when I was looking for accommodation in Chiang Mai. It is quiet, cosy, with extremely friendly atmosphere. I would like to say a special "Thank you" to Mr Melvin Yin for his helpful attitude.
I had a request related to finances. The request is very delicate and important and he was not at all obliged to fulfil it. But he did everything clearly like a trustworthy friend. So my impressions are “5 stars”.
