Decadenza assoluta, molto sporco nelle stanze, soffione della doccia che ti casca in testa, direi assolutamente esperienza negativa. Colazione con succo annacquato un po' raffazzonata e approssimativa, un caffè per il latte acqua sporca, spero sia una situazione di fine stagione e oltre, ma sicuramente non da 4 stelle, mi spiace, non consiglio.

Io non capisco come mai le persone sono così cattive io leggendo le rensione ero abbastanza delusa però ormai avevo prenotato ( sono una donna di pulizie Pazienza ci pulirò appena arrivo di fame non si muore) Sono stata nel albergo 13 giorni pulizia perfetta la cucina ottimo personale gentile gestione famigliare che dire grazie signora Olga ritorneremo

This is a very basic BB hotel with a nice cosy lobby. The checkin was smooth and efficient. The rooms are very small and can barely accommodate 2, so if you have a third person you will need a larger room. The bathroom was very cramped and the shower cubicle tiny. There was no tea coffee maker or minibar. The breakfast was again very basic with no cut fruit and just one canned juice.There was no egg and just some chopped sausages and some cheese.The waiter who was from Pakistan was very efficient and polite too. Overall I would probably stay here again if its just one night but for a longer stay I might look for something more luxurious.

Hotel con grandi potenziali ma purtroppo il tutto e' stato di bassa qualita', dalla pulizia delle camere con capelli in terra , alla colazione direi quasi inesistente , personale cordiale , anche troppo direi . purtroppo chianciano e' tutta in abbandono

Stayed in the hotel for two days through a travel agency. The room is big enough, relatively clean, but in need of thorough renovations. Inventory worn out. The mini bar was empty and neglected. The air conditioner didn't work. The lighting in the room and especially in the corridor is unsatisfactory. Breakfast very basic and monotonous. Dinner is a disaster. The food is tasteless. The surroundings of the hotel are neglected and the swimming pool is also not working anymore. The owner and staff are friendly, but unfortunately they are not investing anything in the renovation. A hotel that lives at the expense of one to two-day leases from travel agencies. The hotel actually deserves only one star. I advise against it and do not recommend it in any way.

Stayed one night on a Ledger Holiday in October 2022. Having been relocated from this hotels 'sister hotel' I was thankful we stayed here. OK its quirky - with a mix of old school decor and villa type jaded opulence. Our room was on the first floor - a good size and we slept well. Access around the hotel was quite good (two steps to access the restaurant). The bar and wines were reasonably priced. Rose bottle of wine cost 15.00euros. On arrival we had a welcome drink and some Pizza bites which was a really nice touch. The stairwell is badly lit and needs sorting out to prevent an accident. Everything worked in our room and the staff were all very pleasant. The young man on reception was really helpful and spoke English. The lift is dated but works and its part of the character of the hotel. Food was good as was breakfast.

Alloggiato in questo hotel solo per una notte, per quel poco posso dire che il personale è gentilissimo, la stanza non pulitissima con due bagni uno dei due non so da quando non lo pulivano, un vero peccato perchè la struttura è bellissima ma andrebbe ristrutturata.

Mi piace definirlo così VINTAGE.....ed in effetti lo è.....ha certamente un po' di rughe.....qualche acciacco ed una bella età.....ma se valutiamo queste cose nel loro valore allora dobbiamo dire grazie alla proprietà che lo tiene vivo.....che ti coccola in tanti altri modi..... con la gentilezza..la premura...l'attenzione...il rispetto....ed infine cosa da non sottovalutare la POSIZIONE....insomma come noi anziani tanti difetti ma anche tanto trascorso e...secondo me... l'esperienza a volte è importante...BRAVI
