Food quality wasn't good. Also there are no more options available for breakfast. Much expensive as per the amenities and location of hotel

Pathetic rooms. Extremely overpriced. Insects, cockroaches found randomly in room. No buffet in breakfast, yet they charge so high when you book rooms with breakfast. Definitely not a place to plan your stay. Staff is extremely rude, casual and unprofessional.

We stayed at the hotel, my aged parents were ***** as well. Place was neat, clean, staff was cordial. Best part was the restaurant. Food was really tasty.

Location, rooms, service, cleanliness were really amazing and especially host nitin who helped us in each and every request. Best hotel to stay in chhatarpur

(4) entire hotel staff was very courteous, attentive and service oriented. (5) overall experience was a wow experience.

We had a wonderful stay with family in the Hotel Prime Residency. The staff were really empathetic and understanding from the beginning when we had to check-in really late beyond their kitchen close time, and they went beyond to not only keep kitchen open for a bit longer, but also took our order on the call even before we could check-in as our train had delayed. We had special requests for Jain food and they tried their best to help with the customised preparation. We had booked Suite room and it was perfect. The staff were only a call away for any issues or requests, and catered to us on a timely manner. We stayed here for 8 days. The hotel is located in the city center, which had easy access to market and transport. The only thing that could have been better would be the quality of extra mattress. It was hard plastic foam kind, it would have been nice to have actual gadda. No other complaints. Thank you.
