For a two day break within easy access of the City, ideal. Our quiet annexe room had been newly done to a high standard, we were even able to park the car right outside our door. Breakfast was tasty with good choices, be it cooked or continental. No problems in recommending this if you don't want the large, more formal option.

Easy pleasant check in, shown to room 8 which was large with king size bed and 2 singles, large tv, kettle with lots if drinks, biscuits. Large bathroom with walk in shower and jacuzzi bath, small bottles of toiletries supplied with large towels that were super soft. Room was lovely and warm. Lots of private parking. Breakfast was in the hotel just across the car park, small but cosy. Buffet style, only thing they ask how you want your eggs and bring them before you have finished your cereal/ fruit, good choice and tasty especially the sausages. Staff pleasant and welcoming. Lovely and clean throughout. Excellent location for restaurants and bars, about a 15-20 mins walk in to centre. Would recommend and stay here again.

Lovely stay for family catch up
I stayed in one of the Court Yard rooms which was nicely tucked away from the main areas. The room was beautifully set out with great facilities, including fridge & microwave. The bed was very comfortable & en suite clean. The only negative was the wait to get into the dining room for breakfast , but an extension is being built to provide a larger dining area in the future.

Had a lovely time
This is high quality b and b we stayed here for new year's eve and had a lovely time we was welcomed and the host was very friendly and helpful we would definitely stay here again, the rooms was clean and the beds was really comfortable, there was lovely little touches to the room and snacks and biscuits and little chocolates on the pillow the furniture and towels was high quality thank you for a welcoming stay

All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Morning breakfast was delicious. Our room was just perfect for our stay in Chester.

We had a lovely 2 night stay, the room we stayed in was a lot nicer than the pictures on the website it was really modern. Breakfast was lovely but the conservatory you sat in to dine was quite dated. Easy to find a parking space and loads of lovely restaurants on Faulkner Street which is less than 5 minutes walk away.
