Good stay. Room was lovely and staff was great. They were very helpful and agreed for me to stay an extra hour due to train time changes.

訂了高級的雙人房，房間空間可以，設施都翻新了，但沖廁所水比較弱及回得慢，這是一個大問題。另，與大堂職員聯絡是用WhatsApp比較麻煩。酒店大堂翻新了，很舒服及很富麗堂皇，讚！

Brilliant as usual. Just foolishly booked a classic double instead of deluxe this time. Will book deluxe again! Staff always lovely!

너무 좋았습니다~낮선 도시에서 접근성은 아주 중요하죠 체스테 스테이션 출구에서 스무발자국 정도입니다 체크인 시간 전인데도 얼리체크인 해주시고 스탭분들 친절하시고~ 조식도 굿^^~매일 아침 따뜻한 우유 한잔 마시는데 직원분 흥쾌히 데워다주시고 감사합니다~ 좋은 날 이었습니다

Beautiful hotel next to the train station - staff were very warm and lovely ☺️ check-out could be a little later but all good.

WiFi didn’t work kept on turning on and off and not able to hold a steady connection for more than 2 minutes. Room was also very cold and the heating fan only stayed at a certain temperature wouldn’t recommend

Staff respond fast and friendly. The location is super close to the Chester rail station

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. A building with a history, Victorian era. Staff were friendly and the paintings around the walls are beautiful. The room was clean, large and the bed was just right, not too soft. Great location, just across the station and convenient to walk to town and other sites of interest. I would stay there again.
