What a fantastic Hotel. Staff could not do enough for you always smiling nothing too much trouble. Great location central to all Chester has to offer. Very comfortable room, tea , coffee . Breakfast was first class full English cooked to order with so much other choice ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just had a lovely stay here. Large room comfy bed . Fabulous breakfast cooked to order. Staff delightful particularly Nicola in the breakfast room. Staff really helpful with recommendations in the city. Great location for the hotel . Very good price. Would highly recommend. Only criticism is shower temperamental and way too hot on occasions but reported it so hopefully they’ll sort.

had a lovely stay staff really nice and friendly really comfortable bed and newly decorated. will stay again. only disappointed with the very small wash basin. Close to town, plenty of pubs around. Will try a meal there next time. Close to the river Dee, if you fancy a walk along the river.

I had booked an afternoon tea as a present for my friend, I have to say that the food was lovely but the staff started clearing tables around us while we were still eating (they even asked if they could clear ours, and we visably hadn't finished!) This spoiled our trip a little as we felt rushed!! Also we asked for a top up of tea which took an age to arrive which added to the rush as we then took longer to finish. sadly I don't think we will return.

Absolutely outstanding service for a business event . Excellent food & Service. A beautiful setting 5 stars is not enough. If you are looking for a venue for an event , wedding or just a fun relaxing drink and meal I cannot recommend this place enough
