Brilliant service as always! watch out for breakfast type when booking.

Lovely hotel and great location however the room was disappointing for the price, one of the armchairs was badly damaged and the other brown stains on the material. Sections of wallpaper were peeling off which gave it a very tired appearance. The iron board was also broke and we had to prop it up on a chair. The room we booked looked nothing like the images on the advertisement and I had to check with reception we had the correct room. For £330 a night I don’t feel we had a premium room, the staff however were lovely and very welcoming.

是赴英之行發現的寶藏酒店。若去切斯特，切莫錯過這道獨特的英倫風景。三口之家入住兩間行政客房，裝飾精美精緻，衞生纖塵不染，可見管理水平和服務標準毫不含糊。無論酒店的位置、設施、客房、餐飲和服務，無可挑剔，堪稱一流，且性價比很高，是在切斯特的不二之選。 美麗古老的切斯特，低調奢華的英倫風情酒店，印象深刻，美好難忘，希望重返。

在chester小鎮上酒店的不二选擇

真是一個非常老派的酒店，公共區域不錯，大門精緻氣派，門僮和前台很nice，據説那幾天入住率很高，房間也沒什麼好選，在2樓最外面一間。還算寬敞，但房門已經嚴重變形，開關得用很大的力。床墊偏軟，但還算OK，比較大的槽點是浴室，洗臉池冷熱水龍頭是分開的兩個，非常不方便。淋浴在浴缸裏，衹有一半隔斷，洗澡時水會濺得到處都是，毛巾浴巾有點老舊了，偏薄偏硬。餐廳也很熱門，早餐含在房費裏的是歐陸早餐，如果要升級現做的英式熱餐食得收費，12磅以上。約了一頓正餐，127磅兩個人，實在不算太好吃，medium的牛排超級硬，懷疑自己點錯了，以後要是再遇到這樣的情況還是要argue一下，這次就忍了……酒店位置很好，到哪裡都方便。

酒店的位置就在古城裡麪，去往哪個景點都很近，我們經常逛累了就回房間休息一下再接着玩。早餐也非常豐盛，還可以選擇在房間用餐。
