Candlewood Suites Chester-Airport Area

離機場距離還是有點遠的，位置比較偏的。 一開始預約了接機，但是到達機場後司機沒在，衹能自己打車。 賓館衞生 環境都還不錯，是個小套房，裏面有微波爐等廚房設施，衞生間浴缸也有，整體房間入住體驗還不錯。

Due to a delayed flight we stayed at the Candlewood. After dealing with a very unhelpful and rude flight company, and not being able to get a room at the Candlewood, Anita, who worked the front desk helped us getting a room and made sure that we felt safe and taken care of, in a very uncomfortable situation, in a foreign city. Thank you so much Anita!

Due to multiple flight delays, we were stuck in Philadelphia. Final got a room at Candlewood suits by the airport. Rooms were very clean. All staff were polite and respectful. There were multiple flights cancelled this night. The front desk was swamped with travelers at 1 am. From check in to check to the ride to the air port was a great experience. On the way home, due to flight delays, we were stuck in Philadelphia again. We immediately made reservations for here.

I have had the most ridiculous and unprofessional experience dealing with the hotel manager Deshawn. Better yet, the lack of the dealing with the hotel manager. My flight into Philadelphia was going to be four hours late. As a courtesy, and to make sure the hotel would still be able to check me in, I called the hotel to make sure a late arrival in the night was okay. The woman working the front desk said it would not be a problem, and she put me down as a very late arrival (past 3am). A few weeks later I check my credit card statement, the hotel charged me $27.80. The woman working the front desk keeps denying the refund because of their internal policy as a “no show”. I was never told this when checking in, otherwise I would have made alternate lodging arrangements. Another reason the refund was denied was because the reservation was under a 3rd party. However, the extra charge was DIRECTLY from Candlewood Suites, so the manager DOES have the authority to refund the charge. I understand there is a “no show” policy. But if a guest gives you a heads up they are arriving late AND you don’t inform them about the charge, you are taking advantage of the customer. I have been calling every day this week to speak with the manager. I always ask when he is in, and I call during those times, but he never seems to be available. I ask for the manager to call me back, but he never does. I even asked the woman working the front desk if the manager is okay with me explaining my experience and publicizing that Deshawn will not authorize the refund. And she said yes. He clearly does not care about his reviews and I advise everyone to look elsewhere for lodging arrangements. He is avoiding dealing with a customer that he knows has been overcharged. He just tells his employees to relay the message that he is not authorizing the refund and doesn’t have the courage to face the customers himself.

This place is a joke now. Management is horrible and the staff isn't any better. I stayed here more then once and never in my life had I had a worst stay like the last 2 times. Melissa the manager isn't IHG BRAND STANDARD at all. What I mean by that is.....she's rude, extra and clearly lost in the sauce. The Front desk Manager isn't any better but I guest what they say is true...."the apple doesn't fall far from the tree". The place has gone to hell since the last manager I believe Ray and other guy who I think is Chris was there. My wife and I loved to stay here when we came into town and Chris was always one you would see. But lately I wouldn't stay here again if was the last hotel by the airport. Staff doesn't care, and this isn't my 1st time complaining and that's how you know upper management doesn't care at all. Im going to give it some time and I hope they get it together or at least bring back the management that cares. Thanks for listening!

So when I arrive to the hotel it smell fresh clean , I was greeted by a manger that had no acknowledgement of her job it took 20 mins to check me in , and about 15 mins for her to make key . She had no recommendations for my family to eat At because she said she was from Jersey. She check us into the wrong room type . Then got upset when I ask for a receipt bc I seen she double charge me . She was very rude and was not confident about her job she had no ideal what she was doing !!!! I expect better service from a IHG property

I stayed at this hotel land noticed a $250.00 smoking charge on my bill. I spoke to the front desk and the clerk assured me that it would be credited. When I got home I wanted to print my receipt and discovered that it had never been credited. I contacted them twice and still no call back or credit. It is now more than a month and still no contact from the hotel. There is no direct phone number to the facility, only to a reservation number and it forwards to a customer service number who takes the information and states I will receive a call from the facility within 48 hours- still no response.

Spending as much time as we so in hotels this stay was by far one of the best. Thanks to Moussa Mroveh and hotel staff for the excellent service and for accommodating our requests, especially for a party of twelve without hesitation. I highly recommend this hotel, will definitely stay at this location again. Once again thank you for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was a memorable and comfortable one.
