It is a very well set up accommodation that delivers a unique experience for any Disney fan. Unfortunately in the T&Cs the parks opening hours can be shortened without notice for private functions which is a shame when you've booked a long way in advance. Overall, a good experience and has been nicely renovated but compared to many other five star accommodations doesn't offer great value for money.

Room was not ready before 6.30PM while it was announced 3.00PM. We had to wait in the lobby. No compensation was ever offered.
We couldn’t enjoy any of the hotel amenities after 11AM on checkout day. Felt like we were kicked out from the hotel.
The gift shop was sold out on all items we wanted to buy.
Not a 5 stars hôtel in any possible way.
