Good accomodation for stay. Check in time and check out time was the only disadvantage. If the hotel changes their policy as 24 hours any time check in and check out in the same time on next day will be good choice for their tarrif. Food also very nice and little bit costly.

This probably used to be a lovely retreat, however now is rather tired and needs updating. The pool area was unusable due to the pool being unclean and not chlorinated. There were no sun beds and chairs were minimal and very old. The view and grounds are lovely, so it is such a shame that this area is neglected. The communal toilets lacked cleaning and generally the cleaning was poor. On the positive the staff are lovely and happy to help. They were efficient made us welcome. This could be truly beautiful with a few updates and a little bit more effort on the cleaning.

The Kizhekepatt clan comprising of over 100 members held their family get together ( Kudumbasangamam) at this picturesque resort that lies on the banks of the Nila ( Bharathapuzha). The occasion was spread over 2 days and we had members converging to this resort from all around the globe. We had a great get together with quality family time to gel with each other especially our younger generation who were seeing their cousins probably for the very first time. We had some cultural programs that kept us engaged. The oldest member was 90years while the youngest (on site) was just a few months old. The hospitality was world class and the food was quite delicious. The rooms we’re spacious and well equipped. We were looked after well barring a few glitches like the power going off during a thunder shower ,lack of WiFi at the conference room .... but were minor. I would recommend this place for similar large scale events and also just to relax and probably enjoy some Ayurvedic massage if time permits. There is a nice clean pool that can be used when the beers don’t cool you down. I thank the staff of this resort for being such good professionals in the field of hospitality. Plans are already being made for another meet in the next couple of years .... hopefully at the same venue. On behalf of the Kizhekepatt Kalam family ... a big thanks for everything.

We stayed here as a group as part of a Mercury holiday tour. The retreat is a beautiful venue with some lovely features including authentic ayuverdia massage, pool over looking the river & paddy fields & lovely colonial interior however it did come with some downsides, lack of hot water for some of the group (altho pressure good) it was tepid at best. Food not always piping hot & service slower than other hotels we stayed in. Take inspect repellant as they will serve the evening meal alfresco if weather allowing. The guide did explain before arriving this type of venue wasn’t to be compared to business/city based Indian hotels. Staff were attentive & helpful when matters were reported.

Room was congested. Very old ac which was not working well. Behavior of management and staff are not good. Attitude towards visitors is very arrogant. Overall, for this high price this booking was very disappointing.

I had a very happy two night stay here recently. It was a group trip of ladies from the UK. We were very well looked after in this atmospheric place to stay . There was always a good choice of food at each mealtime. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was lovely - very comfortable. I also enjoyed a great traditional Ayurvedic massage. A great stay.

Overall excellent stay. The staff were very polite and friendly. The food was good. The Ayurveda treatment was excellent for 10 days........ ..................................................................................

Ambience looks awesome with river side by. The staffs looks pleasant and location is apt for hangout late night safely.

Excellent property with nice ambience and large green area bounded by river nila. The massage is traditional and very soothing.

Our stay was pleasant, but the room provided for three people did not have the space as advertised. Everything else was fine.

Kitchen facility needs to be improved. Especially brunch menu not there. Breakfast gets over very soon.

I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel, especially by the front desk staff, they where very warm welcoming. Then about the stay, very decent for a short city break, Excellent location & view of the river. Will definitely recommend for my friends.

As usual, fabulous service. At the desk, at the room, at the restaurant...and the view from the room...most beautiful. A well maintained facility with all amenities you can think of. Highly recommended if you are planning a stay at Cheruthuruthi. Thx to all the front office team members.
