Fabulous hotel, lovely pool. Dining room a bit small had to wait for a breakfast table once. Great service

First time staying in this hotel. I like best is the chinese resturant nearby. The staff is courtesy (including the housekeeping staff).

3.5/5 Complimentary water was not bottled water. It’s just water tank. In India, foreigners must be careful about water. Suggest to boil before drink. Room has a Landry machine with dryer. This is good point.

Spacious and big

overall okay. However, location is far off from the city. Hardly able to get taxi or uber. Would come back again

I loved the stay here. Especially to mention Bhushan was so nice. He actually helped me a lot to figure out how Somersett works. Everytime there’s a confusion, Bhushan appears and helps. It’s great to have people like Bhusan around. Also loved the stay, it was so comfortable and stay was neat and clean.

Somerset Greenways is a nice and friendly place to stay, wonderful staff, like a family! A special mention to Bellboy Arun, always there to help, thank you for your kindness! Ps: the swimming pool is a must, the gym is the cherry on top of the cake!

Bellboy Arun was very helpful and always friendly. Hotel service was great. Restaurant food is always delicious. Breakfast team always bring orders in a timely manner and the poached eggs are always perfect 👌. Would recommend Somerset to anyone.

The hotel facilities are so good and overall a very good experience. the bell boy arun has been so helpful and has always given nice service. I highly recommend this. You should definitely check this hotel and the services from the staff and arun is excellent in his services

I stayed in this somerset green ways Chennai recently, I was treated very well from the start of my entrance,whole hotel staff were very polite and kind to serve me. would like to thank reception.their breakfast has a variety of food to offer. Highly recommended hotel i must say, some special thanks to Mr Pradeep (from reception) for their huge efforts to make our stay great

Stay was so comfortable, staffs are so welcoming and hospitable. As a suggestion you can just work on the breakfast menus. Room and bathroom cleaning was done in a near and clean way. Sudden response from reception is also much appreciated.Thank you for providing me comfortable stay

What an amazing experience we had at the somerset greenways in Chennai. The service was just impeccable! From the moment you enter this beautiful Hotel you are greeted by staff giving you a lovely fresh flower and getting you sorted with a smooth check in. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Overall can't say enough. Do consider this beautiful Hotel on your next visit to Incredible India. Special mention : Kiruba, Idua and Murugan

We have been to Somerset for a decade and the experience we had was out of the speech .. we know to many staffs and they have been so kind to us we loved staying Somerset when ever travelling to Chennai ..Thank you entire team for the service. When comes to chennai city. Somerset is my second home ..room was very spacious and neat tidy with all the amenities provided, service was excellent housekeeping did great job .. front office team very cooperative especially Idua. Kirubha.Murugan.pradeep.sweety
