Overall very nice

飯店位置很好，相較於其他市中心類似價位的飯店，這間裝潢跟設計新很多，住起來也很舒服。 早餐西式印度式皆有，口味不錯。 飯店接待與清潔人員服務態度也很優良。 唯一可以挑剔的是床的彈簧舊了點，但不致影響睡眠品質。

Checkin 過程算是蠻順利的，但是可能一次進門的人太多，有點忙不過來，但感受上還算可以接受。但沒有迎賓飲料，本來預期同樣是五星飯店會有但沒有得到有點驚訝。 房間非常好，很整齊很大，整理得很乾淨，給我們的房間可以俯視泳池，很喜歡，比起河邊的景色，更喜歡看游泳池畔。美中不足的是沒有足夠熱的洗澡水，看了很久的熱水才有稍微溫暖一點的供水，這部份的設施需要再改善。 早餐種類不多，但是蠻好吃的，如果想要蛋類可以直接到現做的地方點，我們也點了一個pancake滿不錯的。 因為入住的時候有工作沒辦法馬上去游泳，想說等隔天再去，結果吃完早飯後，看到他們在清理泳池，說要等12點才能游泳，但我們的退房時間是12點，所以就完美錯過了，覺得蠻可惜的。

Good thing about it’s location if someone need to access the Chennai railway station. Hotel is clean and I got upgraded to bigger room . Swimming pool is small but very clean . Breakfast selections was very good . Hotel stuffs are very friendly. Only thing which I didn’t liked at all was the Dinner at their one of the restaurants by name some “ Kebab “ ( exact name can’t remember) . Food for vegetarian was approx INR 2200 + ( I got although 15% discount as hotel guest ) , but food was terrible to me , despite of giving immediate feedback, still no one understood my taste & preferences, I have also gave poor reviews on the spot to the restaurant manager … I would give 2/10 to that particular kebab restaurant but other than that would give 8.5/10 other things

Great hotel with gret offer price. For £40 per day for 2 people. Its great for this kind of hotel. Tasty food. Great breakfast.
