Excellent service and good atmosphere. Swaminathan (Receptionist) helped us very well for all our to and fro activities throughout the 3 days stay. overall we had a good and peaceful stay.

Swaminathan is the best! He welcomed us with a smile and greeted with high professionalism. I would recommend this place.

AC not functioning in bedrooms. No bathroom tissue rolls. No proper hand wash . Bed and bath towels so dirty. No utensils in kitchen and oil all over the cabinets. All furnitures are very old and damaged. Spent Rs 7k for a day and stay was frustrating. Had to call multiple times for some requests. Very bad experience. Requesting management to keep the room and his amenities to customers expectations.

The one star is only given as I could not rate lower than this. Check-in Process: upon reaching the property at 1.30 PM, the manager told me that I need to wait for atleast 20 minutes as the room is not ready. It was clearly evident that he did not check earlier if there was a booking for that day or not. After I denied to accommodate his request, he granted me extra 1.5 hrs during the next day check out. The entire check in process was really pathetic after travelling for so many hours. Room: The room was okay with the amenities present as mentioned. However, it needs severe maintenance. The linens have become yellow from white, the furnitures have not been cleaned and dusted properly and the towels provided were also dirty and old. The battery of AC remote is drained and somehow used forcefully. Washroom: the only hotel I encountered till date where the cold water doesn't come through the pipes. The water pressure is so low that the cold water simply doesn't come out of the tap. Instead only hot water is coming. It was too difficult to manage in such a kind of washroom. Absolutely pathetic experience. Room Service and Food: The restaurant is useless. Absolutely no orders are being placed there. Mostly vacant. Still when you order a simple menu, it will take ages to deliver. Also, you need to remind them 2-3 times over the phone. Then only you will be obliged to serve food. Food taste is average and the utensils or cups provided are not washed and cleaned properly. Location: Situated in one of the interior lanes and accessibility is difficult at times due to the ongoing construction of the metro line. Also, the alternate approach lanes are extremely bad to provide you a life time backache while reaching the property. Overall, I am not going to visit this property anymore. It can be a good property if maintained properly with prompt service else it's going to degrade over the time.

This hotel needs to be improved a lot. Breakfast was very below average and not hygienic. The first day itself I got hair from the coffee. Second day the plate was full of dust and it was not cleaned properly. I think they have only one knife in the kitchen. The same knife they use to cut onions and fruits and everything was smelling onion. The staff members are very rude and they are only worried about your check out time. All the hotels around the globe, the check out time is 12 noon and here it is 11 am. The reception staff will start screaming after 9 about your check out time. Don’t believe their room tariff on telephonic reservation because they will change it once you reach there. The second day if you want to extend your stay they will increase the amount on the same room. The rooms were okay but the bathrooms were not Upto the mark. The bathroom locks are not working properly and got stuck many times. It is a newly built and badly managed hotel away from the town but close to SRMC.

Great rates for the property, despite being a little far flung from the centre. Cleanliness of the washrooms needs to be improved. Periodic deep cleaning needs to be introduced. Linens are old and yellowed, needs to be replaced and properly washed. Manager and staff are really nice and helpful.
